To all the other men here: guys, I know that plenty of us know that this kind of behavior is wrong and that we would never do it ourselves. With that said, we have a responsibility to go ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that other men do not get away with this kind of disgusting behavior. We are all people and deserve to be respected. Let's do better.
17:15 Lexie talks about how it was ridiculous and funny to get so riled up about being touched like that. It is not. If you are ever sexually assaulted like that, you have every right to be upset and furious. You should be mad and shouldn’t be embarrassed of your emotions
I was thinking the exact same... How could she be laughing it off now? It's infuriating.. I am very thankful she spreads awareness but getting riled up is like the least to do when someone is touching you without your consent, she should not have been apologetic for it. Her reaction and getting emotional back then was exactly right.
Unfortunately, as a woman, I wasn't as horrified as these stories as I thought I was gonna be. Just goes to show how much we go through that we become desensitized cz it's "somewhat normal" to have these things happen. 😔

Thank you for sharing, Lexie. As a 22 year old female traveler, I can highly relate to so many of these experiences. It's very sad that just because of our gender we are being mistreated in such situations. But opening up and talking about it creates a necessary dialogue, so thank you!

@Kaya Delhi Crazy because as a man and from London, UK and spending alot of time in North India (Dehli, Chandigarh, Himichal) I saw nothing negative, but it just goes to show how men and women are treated differently... Still want to take my girlfriend one day though...

It's really terrible that there are even immigration officers in some countries which will commit harassment on women. Although I know that the best idea would have been to report the individual, sharing awareness like this is a great response to that. No matter where you are in the world, any form of harassment including sexual harassment is never okay! The more people are aware about this while traveling the world, the more I feel that people including solo female travelers will take action and hopefully end these unethical practices in this world!
@@LexieLimitless Exactly! I almost got killed once in Brazil. I did return to that country, though, and I plan to go back once this pandemic is over. One must keep one's eyes open and one's wits about them at all times.
omg that reminds me of a story I experienced travelling alone as a woman in Bangkok. I was on a night train a few year back when I was 19, visiting my boyfriend who was working in a hostel on an island across the country. I had no make-up on, my hair in braids and comfy clothes since I was going to be on the train all night. Considering I still look about 18 with 25, imagien how young I must have looked back then!! Before the train departed it was waiting on the platfom and I was just sitting and waiting in the train. On the parralel platform in another train there was an old white guy who was starring at me. I looked away and when I looked back at him again because I saw movement, I had to witness him jerk off while starring at me!! I was also so in shock that I didn't manage to do anything but look away. Still my biggest regret ever, that I didn't manage to get help or speak up to the train staff...
That's disgusting. A guy like that in that part of the world; there's a pretty good chance he was there for sex tourism. I can't imagine what it must be like for a teenage girl that not only isn't able to get away from those creeps, but actually have to 'service' them because their family is desperate for the money and this the most marketable skill they have. I can't fathom how can someone think there's nothing wrong with exploiting people living in poverty like that just because the girl would claim to be 18 years old (if he even bothers to ask) and because he hands over a few dollars.
Pushing that guy overboard in Indonesia wouldn't be considered extreme in my opinion. Of course the law would unfortunately be on their side but, in a perfect world, making them swim to shore would be going easy on them.
I watched it with my two young pre-teen daughters. I hope they learned something about the realities that they will have to face in this world. Great video and good advise. Thanks for sharing.
Wow I'm sorry you had to go through that Lexie! One of my worst experiences traveling alone as a woman was in Cambodia. I was going to a night market at 9pm, my stomache had been hurting but I thought it was pms so I would toughen out. I suddenly realized that I was food poisoned after walking almost all the way there. I threw up by the river and I sat down feeling like crap not knowing what to do, since I did not have energy to walk back to my hostel and worried about taking a taxi when I was feeling so sick. A man approached me. Also a tourist. He was sort of flirty in his manner. He asked me why I was sad. i said no I'm not sad,I'm sick...he proceeds to ask me where my hotel/hostel was and said that I can't go there it is too far, even though I said it's only 5min by cab. He kept trying to persuade me to go to his hotel instead......trying to convince me I am too sick to go and his hotel was right there and he could take me to hospital the next day...of course I didn't, but I felt so weak and exposed being this sick alone and how he had the nerve to try to exploit this situation..if I had not been sick I could just walk away but I couldn't.. Finally I mastered some strength to get a cab..but when I was walking to it and he walked beside me and his friends were cheering as if he was going to "get some"...ugh..I made it back safely luckily! But I see how this situation could have got a lot worse quickly. Stay safe everyone!
Good...that u were able to avoid a bad situation becoming much worse....As for people being so inhuman to take advantage of someone in distress...I always remember what my grandma said when I was kid....Most of the people are sheeps....Then there are wolves who prey on the sheeps and a very minority of people are sheep dogs who protect the sheeps from the wolves.
Being from South America I never go out by myself bc of the harassment, but I was surprised when I visited Germany and was walking through a park and was followed by a group of what seemed drunk teenagers and they wouldn’t leave me alone, so I guess it does happen everywhere 🤦🏻♀️

Wow! I travelled the world as as solo female for years and can resonate deeply with your stories.. I did couchsurfing in a lot of the places and even though most of the experiences were amazing... some were just horrible. Sending you love!
Wow Lexie this video is so powerful. I really appreciate that you took time out of your day to share your stories. As women we go through creepy ass harassment on the daily even here in America. I've almost been kidnapped, I've been followed, etc etc. I've grown thicker skin and when I am out I'm in survival mode and I am not afraid to take someone down if I feel threatened. Unfortunately that is the world we live in.
I am a boy in a good situation, yet at my school these uncomfortable topics are often avoided by teachers. When the topics are brought up though, a lot of kids just kind of shrug it off. Also little acts of sexism and racism are everywhere even without intent of harm. I think this is in great part because kids never really get educated about these topics and never get taught the severity of these things unless you experience it. I think we need to start spreading the message more through education so the next generation knows better because if not then kids like us will be more inclined to continue this deadly pattern. Probably no-one is going to read this, but if someone does, put a angry face e-moji and lets make a mini you-tube stand against sexism, racism, LGBTQ disrespect etc. Here on Lexies channel🤬
I have been born and raised in India. And it's true. When I was 12 years old, random guy kept groping me while we were all walking in a crowd in Broad daylight and I didn't even understand what was happening, until I was way older and later on realised. Also when older in my 20s now, on the very first date, a guy forced physical intimacy non consensual in a self righteous way. Anyone going to India beware specially some particular cities.
I’m a man and I have to say that you are very courageous. Carry on telling exactly what you went through. When this pandemic ends more women should travel solo and thus change the world for some normalcy, for better!
Thank you for sharing these stories. I appreciate how you showed respect for the places you went while also holding individuals accountable for their bad behavior. As always, thanks for the amazing content!
Thank you for sharing these stories! On my travels I have had some creepy and even scary situations as well, but I don't talk about them very often because I don't want my loved ones to be worried. However you are completely right about the fact that these issues need to be addressed, since that is the only way we can bring about change :)
Well done! Fear is something I believe stops many from traveling but it’s helpful to remember to not do things you wouldn’t “in the bad part of your own town”. Danger isn’t just “out there” and to deny ourselves the world is to deny ourselves invaluable life experiences!
Wow. Thanks for this video. I haven't traveled a ton in my life and as a male, this is super educational for me since I had no idea how bad the situation actually was. Thanks so much for sharing!
Thank you for the authentic stories! It is so refreshing to get the truth. These stories shouldn't deter anybody from their travel passions, but should encourage mindfulness and caution. THANK YOU!
Got to say after hearing your stories you are very brave, most women would have given up after the first one. With that said i admire your passion for travel and the records you've set. Its great that you're telling these stories and bringing awareness about the dangers of solo travel.
Love this! Im 22 years old, in a perfect world i would wear anything i want.. but the sad reality is the fact that i need to adjust the way i dress to protect myself.. i don’t know why men get intimidated by the way a woman dressed and think they have the right to harass her because “she asked for it”.. parents need to work on changing this mentality for better generations.. i do get it when someone changes the way they dress to respect a culture and blend in, but its sad when someone have to do it to simply protect themselves..
Thank you for sharing, Lexie. As a moderately well-traveled man, I have heard my wife's stories, my mother's stories, my mother-in-law's stories of foreign travel. Sucks, sucks beyond all reason, that women get targeted so differently (and dangerously) than men, and your honesty here is bringing that to the open air where it should be. And your closing travel tips are spot for all of us, young/old and male/female. Thank you again for your vulnerability and openness.
Your first story is like what happened to me at 14 in Dubai :// my parents were even asking this guy for directions and he was talking to them while looking up and down at me w such a creepy smile like ew why are some people just so disgusting smh
As another solo female traveller, I’ve been forced into quite a few of these dangerous, horrible situations, it’s scary and the reality of it is very sad that we can’t travel without this added danger, but it’s worth it for the life that we want to live 🥰
Awesome advice! For anyone really. It's sad that there are people who make others go through such bad experiences but luckily, there are much better people too!
I'm sorry to hear about all of these stories, I'm from South Africa and I experience people looking at me daily and it's actually nauseating. Something has to change.
Well done for calling him out! So easy to freeze and be in shock when something so inappropriate and just wrong happens, but drawing attention to and embarrassing the person doing this (and ideally reporting if possible) is definitely the best thing you can do :) No shame in being angry at it!
This video was super interesting! Everyone on social media shows how beautiful and wonderful their life is when in reality all those bad things happen, too. Lexie, you are such a strong woman! Thank you for sharing and I'm looking forward to your next video!
Wow, crazy stories! I also had several issues in Raja Ampat, but none as serious as sexual harassment. I feel very privileged to have been able to travel anywhere in the world without having to worry about the issues that are a constant for you as a solo female traveler. Respect to you, and your amazing accomplishments at a young age. More success to come ✌️
Wow, these stories are so rough. Thanks anyway for sharing. My worst experience as a solo female traveler was also in Indonesia. Sorry to say that I am not surprised, because apart from this aspect, I liked the country.

Such an eye opening video. And I love the tips at the end, just as important for men too. It’s so easy for me to let my guard down or not be able to distinguish what’s cultural/ a custom from what’s a total scam haha
I love your positivity AND keeping it real :D You’re the best and my inspiration!! I’m also a solo female traveler, been to 50 states in the US by age 26 which for me was cool, no record but very cool! Now, in my exploring other countries era :D

Sooooooo glad you decided to post these real stories, because it's VERY important for traveling gals to be fully aware of the dangers of the patriarchal cultures around the world that do not properly value women!
Lexi you are amazing. I deeply resonate with you as me too since I was young I have always traveled most of the year with my family (more than 6/7 months) all Over the world for work, volounteering, downright crazy experiences and adventures (also because we do that for work too!) Like, the experience in India hit me hard too. I was about your same age when I first went there for volounteering during the years (12) and literally the same thing happened to me. I have felt alienated for a lot of time in my life because of such a different lifestyle but listening to you is a beautiful feeling❤️
I’m so glad you did these kind of stories!! I was curious about this stuff happening! From all my traveling I haven’t had anything too terrible happened to me but I also haven’t left the US much. I’ve done a lot of traveling on my own in US territories and no matter how careful you are there’s always things that you look back on and realize you shouldn’t have risked Or some questionable decisions… I’ve had a few things happen but nothing is super scary and nothing that turned out to be detrimental to my travel or myself. I feel very lucky for that and partially responsible for staying safe.... I also know that there were times whenSomething really bad could have easily happened
Every guy needs to experience going clubbing with a group of female friends as you soon realise how disgusting guys can be. The amount of subtle defending i've had to do just to prevent my friends from being touched saddens me so much.
Everything being said in comments below. So I want just tell you that when you are describing these creepy stories you sound different than in other videos. So much emotion, body language, power in your voice, you really "live that" when you describing it. I liked it (even the content is sad), that was video with so much energy. Be safe and we all hope World will open its own gates again.
Loved the Surfshark ad you created, very funny. Sorry to hear about that stuff occurring Lexie. Like you said, nothing is all sunshine and rainbows. Everything has its flaws and travel is no different. It takes courage to share experiences such as these. I've said it before, you're very mature and knowledgable. Although I think I'm a year older than you (I'm gonna be 24 next week), I look up to you and the way you handle yourself.
Learning from you're journeys have inspired me to consider traveling alone. I desperately wish to travel plenty in the next few years, but it tends to be hard to find people willing to tag along. Hopefully one day I will have the courage follow in footsteps such as yours. Also, while there are few awful stories, in comparison to the lack of courage most people have for solo female travelers, the ratio is lower than I expected.
You are definitely so brave and lucky to be alive and safe even after travelling to many parts. There are so many ways everything can go wrong no matter how safe we stay. My mom once had a stranger break into her hotel room in the middle of the day to assault her, but luckily she escaped.
this is so sad. But i sadly think we all have had those type of experiences. The situations that just keept popping up in my head are from when i travelled to belgium. Before i went i did not think that this would be a county i will remember having those situations in (I manly have good memories of Belgium tho) . I have never been anywhere where so many men were looking at me in the streets with those disgusting looks, or others just walking up to me and my friend, starting to talk to us and not leaving us alone. I had one man who walked past me and mumbled something abaut how i looked, i just kept walking minding my own business when he turned around and kept following me till i told him to leave me alone. He then proceded to invite me to his place and i had to decline multiple times before i was left alone. A couple days later the exact same thing happened to me but this time the man got on his bike to follow me around. I was wearing cloth that i would compare to potato sacks and definetly not signaizing that i want to be talked to. I have to say tho that apart of the men experiences i had in Belgium. Its still been an amazing trip and i wuld go back any time. Ghent is one of my favourite city and i would encourage everyone to travel there. Just be prepared that you might have to tell some men to leave you alone.
i live in Brussels, and omg the harassments that there is is unbelievable. fortunately, there's much more to Brussels and Belgium but there's definitely a big problem concerning the street harassments
Thanks for sharing. I was a victim in Mexico. I get sharing woman can do things but we still need to be careful. Also reporting is big. I find many women don't report.
I am US Citizen living in Atlanta, Born in India. I am so sad to hear about your experience in India. Being a person of Indian origin, I would like to apologize on behalf of those who made you uncomfortable with their actions while you were in India. I am planning to write a letter to the PM of India about your experience and see what can be done at the Government and system level to make sure this does not happen again while we hope and pray for the mentality of the people to change.
Hi Lexie, thanks for sharing your story, I've experienced one really horrible situation myself and somehow it helps to hear about someone else's experiences. Love your video's, keep it up, it get's me through these current times... Love from a fellow world (bicycle) traveller & vlogger.
Lexie, im a 20 year old and I do live in India myself. I totally relate to what you said. It's sad but that's a women's life in India every day. Even when we are fully clothed, the stares don't stop. It's uncomfortable and disgusting. I'm sure you must have experienced some other things too in India but probably didn't put it in the video cause India is a rough place. Whenever I have travel abroad, I have felt so safe it's surreal. The situation in India is still the same and it probably will be always. However places like Andaman Islands in India are safe so if you ever want to come back, go the islands ❤️ they are beautiful and safe❤️❤️ I'm so sorry about the basement incident. That's so messed uppp. This video actually scares me to travel. Indonesia one shocked me. I always thought it to be a country safe for women lol
I feel so sad about the fact that this thing happens in india. I know you are an indian and I am extremely sorry for the things girls would have to go through. I hope there would be change I never thought and never heard of such stories from my friends or my sisters. And as a human I am extremely sorry about the harassments females has to go through💔
From my experience in Bangalore I find all my friends who are girls feel very safe here, including the late night clubbing in places like koramangala.. From my perspective it has been very safe.. Although not sure about how much of it depends on the exact places (because india is a huge country) and one's lifestyle
Chère Lexie! If I may, I am a huge fan of your work, for the inspiration, the vulnerability, the good story telling, and spot-on sponsor plug-in as well as content. I hope to write something here for who identify as women here, noting that as a male I carry certain privileges in society and I own up to it. I am sorry for the experiences you had, the behavior of these men is inexcusable, both from outside and within their cultures. We do not live in a perfect world, and this raw, yet diplomatic re-telling reminds us that we all must do our part to call out this behavior, root out the attitudes and systems that produce and enable it, and refrain from promoting a cognitive dissonance that blames victims than perpetrators. If I may, it is not okay EVER: not in an airport, hotel, or ferry, not in a club or bar, and not in the street or at home. You had the international experience, which allows me as a Palauan and Pacific Islander to begin there and call out worldwide: teach your sons not to harass women, not to engage in any behavior without consent, not to objectify and make inappropriate comments, and to never blame victims. I apologize if I detracted a bit or tried to "mans-plain" anything, but as a male viewer, this content is critical and crucial for uncovering for encountering the real world: rich, yet also darker. We do hope to continue to find inner light to shed all this darkness.
Hello Lexi! I'm from Indonesia. I'm sorry what you had to go through in Raja Ampat, Papua, Indonesia. As an Indonesian citizen and also a solo female traveler too, I know that these awful things are still happening with locals and foreign women😔 Besides that, I believe that not all people in Indonesia are like that. There are still many places that show that Indonesia's people are very friendly and kind. I hope you got a better experience next time you visit Indonesia to explore other beautiful places in Indonesia. Stay safe❤
I guess in all overpopulated countries, there are so much issues too. Not an Indonesian, but I come from an overpopulated nation too. Let's hope the world will be better and safer, and less harsh for women by the next years to come. This must be our legacy to our daughters, nieces, granddaughters, grandnieces, etc.
I'm sorry that you had to endure these experiences. I feel awful about the lady whose baggage was stolen on a boat. I also travelled solo around the world, including warzones, and have been a victim of pickpocketing, harassment, and discrimination, but being a man, was never in any serious danger. It is certainly easier to travel with a fellow traveler for safety and to commiserate with, even if it is someone like mom. :-)
Heyy I am so sorry that you had to go through that and especially as a 14 year old. Being born n living in India this is something that we locals do experience a lot of the time and I myself have been in such a situation sadly too many times! To people who are travelling (especially solo women) this country has A LOT to offer and is genuinely the one of the most cultural diverse nation with warm welcome people. However, it’s important to carry safety measures while travelling solo here since there is a certain population that pry on foreigners (especially women) just for the sake of enjoyment. So PLEASE BE SAFE!
As an Australian-Indonesian born and raised in Indonesia, I always thought people were dramatic when they felt that Indonesia was unsafe. That is until I moved to Australia and realized how often I was sexually harassed in Indonesia. Being catcalled everyday on my walk to and from school should not be the norm! Being sexually assaulted on the main street in broad daylight is absolutely ridiculous! The amount of victim blaming is also beyond crazy. It's never because of how you dress, (or in my case my ethnicity being half caucasian) it's always the perpetrators fault. It makes me mad thinking about how desensitized I was to all this to the point where I thought that that was just how things were despite how uncomfortable and terrified it made me. There is so much more to say about this...
I think solo travel is definitely possible in Egypt it just takes more preparation and I might even recommend hiring a local guide to stay with you or go on group tours. Don't let creepy men hold you back from seeing the world!
@@LexieLimitless thanks for taking the time to reply, I really appreciate it. I will definitely see Egypt one day but would feel safer in a group. The risk of being kidnapped just scares me too much 😅
Sadly if I were you I’d be traveling with Thomas for like the rest of my life out of fear. It’s really hard because those things can really change you and how you move on with your life you have many trust issues and it’s hard to let go of them. I’ve never been in a situation like this and I am thankful for that but it’s strange how I can almost feel the way you must have just being a female as well. Sad times and I pray for the day that this is eradicated 👏🤍 Also I appreciate how strong you are to talk about these things when I’m sure you want to just forget about them but just know they will help so many people who have been in similar scenarios💛
As someone who travels every weekend in europe, staying in hostels and etc seeing a bunch of solo women travelers. The thought if I was a chick traveling alone would freak me out. So many things happen to female solo travelers that i don't even really have to think about. For example: i know so many solo women travelers that got their passports stolen while travelling or have been taken advantage of in central europe. No wonder these solo travel influencers meet up all the time, they don't have to worry as much, they can somewhat put their guard down, and live life. I've noticed that even small things like weather can impact the way you think about a city, sure this doesn't impact someone who is running off "travel once a year trip adrenaline" but someone like me who travels every weekend it's easy to forget about the places you've been to due to something as simple as bad weather. Imagine having some sort of scary experience like these? 1 person can singlehandedly can ruin your outlook on a whole country.

@Kaya Delhi Crazy because as a man and from London, UK and spending alot of time in North India (Dehli, Chandigarh, Himichal) I saw nothing negative, but it just goes to show how men and women are treated differently... Still want to take my girlfriend one day though...
Where in india did this happen
@@roshanfernandes5681 almost everywhere in india doesn’t matter if one lives in small town or a metropolitan city like Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore....it happens everywhere and we as the new generation have to stop it
As a solo female traveler, your courage and resilience are inspiring. Keep exploring the world and sharing your adventures with us! Stay safe and happy travels! 🌍✈👏
I love it when you produce the more realistic aspect of your travels. Keep up the good work!!! 😊
thank you!
Omg I just want to give this girl a hug there is some real scumbags in this world smh
Thanks Juan! i appreciate the kindness
It's really terrible that there are even immigration officers in some countries which will commit harassment on women. Although I know that the best idea would have been to report the individual, sharing awareness like this is a great response to that. No matter where you are in the world, any form of harassment including sexual harassment is never okay! The more people are aware about this while traveling the world, the more I feel that people including solo female travelers will take action and hopefully end these unethical practices in this world!
i appreciate you saying that! I couldn't agree more.
Theres so many sick "human" beings in this world. Stay safe everyone.
Very true.
It's good to remember there's a lot of good people too! Just always important to stay alert when traveling
@@LexieLimitless Exactly! I almost got killed once in Brazil. I did return to that country, though, and I plan to go back once this pandemic is over. One must keep one's eyes open and one's wits about them at all times.
Not only that the sick ones stand up for each other like india with mob attacks raping killing etc etc
That's why so many people are hesitating to even bring up a child into this cesspool.
omg that reminds me of a story I experienced travelling alone as a woman in Bangkok.
Such a sad and common thing to happen. What has gotten into mens' heads whereas they think these things are okay???!
Of course the law would unfortunately be on their side but, in a perfect world, making them swim to shore would be going easy on them.
agreed 😂
I would push him, self freaking defense!!!
Loved the ad, I immediately thought the hacker was Thomas 😂😂

That ad was actually pretty good. You are honestly so brave, for continuing to travel even after those panic inducing experiences.
Being from South America I never go out by myself bc of the harassment, but I was surprised when I visited Germany and was walking through a park and was followed by a group of what seemed drunk teenagers and they wouldn’t leave me alone, so I guess it does happen everywhere 🤦🏻♀️
@@internetexplorer7143 not china I was born and lived there for 18 years. I was harassed since I was 12 years old when I used to walk down to the bus stop near my house. the harras was consistent and even when my mom walked with me, they would still do it to the both of us

Wow Lexie this video is so powerful. I really appreciate that you took time out of your day to share your stories. I’m so sorry you have had these terrible experiences, but in the end it only made you stronger. As a woman, it can be a scary world, but we cannot let that get to the best of us. I look forward to reading your book when it releases. Thank you for being an inspiration in my life. You are a warrior!!
Sending love from the Bay Area 💜
These stories are so infuriating, I’m so sorry you experienced all of this Lexie, you are so brave and strong, and I look up to you!
Wow, those are some crazy stories. I don’t think I would be able to hold my anger in like you did.
It was tough!
Same! I saw how she got catcalled in Nicaragua. If I were in her shoes honestly, I no longer know what I could do.
At times is better to hold your tongue then argue
As women we go through creepy ass harassment on the daily even here in America. I've almost been kidnapped, I've been followed, etc etc. I've grown thicker skin and when I am out I'm in survival mode and I am not afraid to take someone down if I feel threatened. Unfortunately that is the world we live in.
you are nothing but inspiration my friend. thank you so much, i dont know you, but im extremely proud of you and the message your setting

Living in Perú, im sad to say that im so used to this stories (hearing them and experience them)
I'm so sorry to hear that. No one should have to go through things like that !!!

Got to say after hearing your stories you are very brave, most women would have given up after the first one. With that said i admire your passion for travel and the records you've set. Its great that you're telling these stories and bringing awareness about the dangers of solo travel.
Love this! Im 22 years old, in a perfect world i would wear anything i want.. but the sad reality is the fact that i need to adjust the way i dress to protect myself.. i don’t know why men get intimidated by the way a woman dressed and think they have the right to harass her because “she asked for it”.. parents need to work on changing this mentality for better generations.. i do get it when someone changes the way they dress to respect a culture and blend in, but its sad when someone have to do it to simply protect themselves..
to simply protect themselves from misogynistic, unreasonable, backward slut-shaming and victim-shaming that could come afterwards.
Being an Indian, I am sorry for what you had to go through.
We men have failed you women.
Thanks for being vulnerable, Lexie! You are brave and inspire me!

When's the book launching?... Awaiting it since the day I got my hands on the preview
Soon!! :)
Hats off to you for going to every country of the world in such a young age 👏🏼🥳 sad though not surprising to hear what happened to you.

The exact same thing that you experienced in India, happened at the same age to my sister when we were going to the gold souk in Dubai.
I am so excited about the book!! Can't wait!!

I'm sure you must have experienced some other things too in India but probably didn't put it in the video cause India is a rough place.
Whenever I have travel abroad, I have felt so safe it's surreal.
The situation in India is still the same and it probably will be always. However places like Andaman Islands in India are safe so if you ever want to come back, go the islands ❤️ they are beautiful and safe❤️❤️

From my experience in Bangalore I find all my friends who are girls feel very safe here, including the late night clubbing in places like koramangala.. From my perspective it has been very safe..
True... Very True
So sorry! 😣 Lack of respect is so sad!
I’m obsessed with your map on the wall!! Where is it from?! Also you are such a badass and I’m so excited for your book!
Hey lexie, love from India! I'm so sorry on behalf of those people because of which you had to face such a thing.
I'm not saying harassment doesn't exist in Australia but I don't feel "eyes" on me just for being a half-white female.
there are the women i am looking for!! courage, spirit so much respect for her!
Unfortunately there are creeps everywhere. I'll never travel to Egypt alone which feels like I'm missing out so much!
Sad times and I pray for the day that this is eradicated 👏🤍
Also I appreciate how strong you are to talk about these things when I’m sure you want to just forget about them but just know they will help so many people who have been in similar scenarios💛
You are so brave. Such an important subject. Thanks for sharing!
