I understand the economical risks and losses are huge, but how can we not look at the the threat Xf may pose to nature, environment and ecosystems equilibrium? Production trees are being protected, what about all the other plants, from trees to small grasses, that occur naturally? Shouldn't we talk about it? Shouldn't we find ways of minimising the impact we, by spreading this disease, made on nature's equilibrium?
