Felt like revisiting Spore after a long time away from it - Narotiza and KinglyValence inspired this one with the pitiful worm, so please go check out their better versions of the run. Honestly just felt like having some fun with it after the last blind species run. Hope you enjoy!

Spore was a fun game until the space age. It became kind of meandering at that point and was hard to run. I think something that would have really helped the game during that phase is if you could have set up passive trade routes to make money instead of having to travel and sell everything personally. You'd have more time to terraform and explore if you could do that.

Space age needed sub-ages. The first where you truly colonize your solar system. Then you somehow get to the next system and explore that and other nearby systems, and then finally unlock the rest of the galaxy. Might be open to it someday. In that vein, there's a lot of series I do and have done in the past in a similar regard that never actually took off, so I'd definitely check down in the channel history. Rimworld, Kenshi, and PZ have a lot of examples like that. Loved doing Torsolo, though Torsquad was one that was a natural sequel and lasted for about 10 videos of epic poetry, and it didn't really get much traction in the end, so that's largely why I've moved over to one-shot segments. While I'd love to do more stuff like that, you definitely hit the nail on the head in that it can hurt to keep making a series that not many people want to watch for a full month of committed videos. Still love doing that type of storytelling, though! You might see a few cameos or similar things in the future, but they'll most likely be presented as separate segments if that makes sense. On the other hand, too, it's a nice way to do stuff because it's let me expand the catalog of games I do :) Hope you enjoy!

Sing lv 1 and Bite lv 1. The only differences are how it looks and what you can eat, and being a carnivore is easily the hardest diet. Especially when you're a helpless worm.
