No problem. Hopefully this video will take off and it will drive some subs your way. You got a lot of great stuff over there already that folks need to see!!!
Years ago, I rode my YTM225 over to a friend's house. While we were talking, one of his goats jumped up onto the seat. I told him that if it makes a mess on my machine, I was going to turn it into goat burger. I think it's time that you had fried chicken for lunch!
Looks amazing. About 5 years ago , i bought a 1985 ATC250ES Big Red that had been left to rot outside for many years . The inside of the gas was very rust . I cleaned the rust out with toilet bowl cleaner and then sealed the inside with Redkote .5 years later , the Redkote is still holdind strong . Years ago i used to try to seal rusty gas tanks with two-part Kreem . Never worked . That stuff is garbage!!!!
Cool, I've heard good things about the Redkote. I like the toilet bowl cleaner idea, I'll have to try that out some time. Thanks again for stopping by.
Seriously nice work! I would recommend using chrome socket cap screws instead of the Phillips head screws. Would make it look more original and have a cleaner look, awesome vid 👍
Good eye, I was thinking the same thing. I was only able to find those zinc phillips ones locally. They look pretty bad on the video 😁 I'll have to get some real ones ordered. Thanks again for watching!
For anyone wanting to imprint like 2:08 fill the tank up with sand to help reduce stressing other creased areas and just tap down with a rectangular block preferably with a bolt in it for easy removal

Tank mods are brilliant! Nice work
Thanks. I wish I had a real one to measure off when I was doing everything but I think I got things close enough 😁
you're unbelievably talented.
Thanks again and thanks for watching!
WOW!!! I commented earlier before I finished watching the video. Thank you so much for the call out. Much appreciated!

Excellent idea!!!! Thank you!
@@BIGFOOTBIKESANDBREWS not a problem, I'm a novice panel beater and metal mover but I'm glad I could pass some info along
@@BIGFOOTBIKESANDBREWS when sand isn't an option you can use that crushed glass stuff from sandblasted, that doesn't stick as much during the cleanup
@@FartSuckerUmad All great ideas! Thanks again for sharing!
Very nice work.
Thanks John, it took a while but it was dang fun 😁
RIP 74 tank 😮
It was a wreck and no one on eBay was buying it. We can be stinkers and sacrifice this one for dramatic effect 😁😁😁😁
That's naughty 😂😂😂
Is the tank noticably heavier?
A little fiberglass here and there around the metal work. Doesn't add much to it.
