Being able to fully embrace your inner and outer surroundings without aversion or clinging can lead to freedom and happiness. We’ll explore the difference between hearing and listening and ways to connect more deeply with life.
    Insight Meditation Community of Charlottesville (IMCC) is dedicated to the practice of mindfulness awareness, also known as Insight or Vipassana Meditation. IMCC provides a full program of weekly meditation, ongoing classes, daylong programs, and retreats.
