    He talks to you like you’re a child. And I think it really works. Because the one that fears inside us is really a child who’s afraid of what he doesn’t understand clearly. You need to be calm to be clear. I wish you guys all the best.. we are survivors.

      @Mohan Brishnev I think he's trying to say that we don't sense what is right infront of us, and it betrays us. We should be open minded, and aware of our surroundings. We follow people who should not be in power, because we do not see that they are not worthy. We can easily just not follow them, what is one man supposed to do to many. Or something idk for sure, and i'm typing this at 1:20 am.

      Mohan Brishnev Humans fear what they don't understand. It's a completely natural thing, instinct, if you will. If you're afraid, anxious, wary, suspicious, etc, you are not likely to be calm. By "talks to you like you're a child," I believe it means he's simply breaking it down into easy to understand instructions.

    I saw my father smiling in a lucid dream inside this meditation.
    He was smiling and content.
    We hugged and life made sense. Then just like that he was gone.

    • @EvelynKarlin
      @EvelynKarlin 5 років тому +4

      This is called ASMR. It's caused by certain sounds, voices, accents, and sometimes certain visuals. For me, the only ASMR that does it for me is people speaking English in a normally non-native accent (Asian accent, Russian accent, Indian accent, etc). If you or anyone else reading this feels particularly relaxed just by his voice, search for "asmr english" on UA-cam for similar voices and accents. Usually only non-native English speakers put English in the title, which increases your chances of getting a heavier accent.

I felt my soul or consciousness slowly start to sway side to side. Then when he told me to expand my field of awareness I did. I slowly went from my body to my room to the house to the neighborhood to the city and then zooming through the sky and underground simultaneously, forming an ever expanding orb of awareness and maybe connectedness expanding from my body into the universe.

    This video helped me so much. I turned 21 a few months ago. I’ve been having really bad panic attacks lately and I feel this is a good way to calm my mind and prevent myself from suffering hypochondria and stressing about the burdens of adult responsibilities when I’m alone. I’m not depressed. I’m happy and I have an amazing woman in my life who I’ve been with since the end of freshman year. I have two highly supportive parents who care deeply about me. Growing up is just scary, and I need to focus more on the present and stop stressing myself with so many unnecessary scenarios. I’m thankful for coming across this and experiencing it. I wish I was actually in a position to travel to a sacred place of meditation. I’m not very fond of where I live and I hope to travel the world one day so I can experience the joys and differences of other cultures. Especially the culinary aspects. I’m tired of observing violence and strife on the media, and I think I’m just going to cut myself off from it completely and focus more on the good around this planet.

    after opening my eyes i was watching at the stillness of rinpochey's face and there were so many moments in between Rinpochey's sentence pauses where it felt as though the video has either stopped or is over and then he would again move. Katrinchey for this video.

    Wow, this Mr. Monk just explained to me in 15 minutes so much, I don't even know how many time it would take me to learn about all those things and if I could to learn them.
    Meditation is awareness of mind inside and outside of you which might be usefull for us to rest or to apply in our daily basis so we could do something good and maybe solve something. Thank you very much for your explanation.

    For some reason i can only feel relaxed enough to do this out side with the sun at my face.Sitting barefoot on the grass in lose clothing.I like to focus on the elements affecting me and I of it like a tree.Living,taking and giving.Leaving the ideas of modern man as if I never understood,as if it was never important.Or related to who I am.I hope Im doing this right...Am I really suppose to feel the energy in space?If so..I may need more practice.

      +Amber Illidge (CerebralTrip) . What it's about is resting the ego. The ego or the ( sub-conscious mind) is where our emotions and judgements come from. We want to rest the ego using the conscious mind ( Awareness ) .
      When we are Aware of any emotions or judgements, and can rest them, that is meditation.

    • @CerebralTripz
      @CerebralTripz 8 років тому

      past the breakers well to be honest ive got the judgment thing down,its the emotions that are powerful.Its positive,but if you say the objective it to rest them then...its a no lol.

    I have found over 70 years that when my mind is flooded with thoughts and emotions I write them down in my little note book I keep at my side, then i wait for more to arise in my mind and i write them down and after awhile they just stop coming. At this point in time, I ask if there are any more thoughts that I should put into my notebook and if not, I ALWAYS SAY with authority, ( NOW, IT IS MY TIME TO BE STILL SO DON"T BOTHER ME ANY FURTHER ). It has always worked because I showed respect to my mind giving me things it did not want me to forget, it sees it is now in my little notebook. Try it if you like.

    I don’t really consider myself too spiritual, but this video introduced me to meditation, which in turn has made me feel more calm yet energetic than I had in years prior. It’s all about starting small and staying consistent, but once you master the discipline and patience to meditate for like 10 minutes a day, you’ll find yourself thinking and feeling with more clairvoyance thereafter, but that clear headedness and tamed emotion will only serve as consistently as the meditator’s habits
