I wanted to know how much improvement in nebula (windows)been there after the time of this video?
    Are there any improvements?
    I have rog ally
I want to know that if I can use air 2 for 3 monitor setup with functionality of anchor and smooth follow without the use beam and by only solely using nebula app on windows.
Another question was is what's the screen size if we directly use them as monitor for ally and can it be resized?

My experience has been that the Mac Nebula app crashes more than it works. Since XREAL is one company, you would think they could be more consistent on different devices. Whatever code they use for the solid positioning in the BEAM should be ported to the Mac Nebula app.

Thanks for sharing!. I've had exactly this experience while using Windows Nebula on my Legion Go. I thought that if I wanted to use the glasses I might want it to be "portable" but it seems the Legion Go (Windows) wasn't a good choice. Have the windows version worked for you? what video card did you use it with?

Nebula app on macOS sucks; connecting to a Mac mini requires the screen to stay on (or an HDMI dummy plug). Connecting to a MacBook doesn't always get all the apps inside their Nebula space, so you have to unplug, close all the apps from multiple spaces, move them into the same space, and try again. And then if you want to lie down while connected, the multiple monitors will appear slanted, so you have to recalibrate the screen, but tilting your head left will make it slanted right and vice versa, and you have to do this every time which makes it frustrating to use.
On Android, if you don't have a Samsung phone, it's not as good. With a Samsung phone, you can at least try using DeX so that the phone screen can stay off. Also, it's such a scam to require an additional device just to have anchor/smooth follow mode.

I just ordered the xreal air 2 and found out that my s23 ultra is not compatible with AR space according to the list, hence I can't install Nebula app.. will it be necessary to buy this Beam device to enhance the experience? Thanks for your response.

sorry for taking so long!, I missed the notification for this message. It depends on how you plan using the xreal air 2. In my experience, I found ok playing some mobile games as it is (without the beam) as long as I don't play on a bus or train. Watching movies just by sharing the screen of what is being shown on your phone wasn't too bad. Actually, VLC uses the phone as a secondary screen and blacks out what is being displayed on the phone. Have you tried it? (not sure if available in all phones). In terms of the image quality for games and movies: the colours were vibrant and nice without the beam. I'd get the beam if you want to watch movies separately and don't want to use the phone. I personally find it too pricey for what it is at this point in time.

My OP7Pro is not compatible either, but oh my God, it still works with Nebula! Just install the APK and that's it. Additionally disable Dex. How did you even get the S23 Ultra if you don't know such simple things? I've never held a Samsung in my life, but for some reason I know this.

For nebula you need another usb cable to run Windows. It is called usb display output cable.🤘

Thaaanks for your suggestion. Sadly, I already use that cable 😔. I suspect the particular issue I see it's more related to graphic card used by the legion go. Thanks for the suggestion though 🙏

Without the beam can I walk on the track and watch UA-cam videos

I would advise against walking on the track with or without the beam 🥲

Nebula seems like it will be good and then there's nothing to really do in it

which nebula version have you tried? I had a similar experience with the Android version but there are a few things to do. To me, the problem that it seems to offer more than what actually is available to use. Thanks for sharing! 😎
