They're all getting older. Can't bring the magic of the 80's 90's Pixies / Breeders back. Glad to see they're all doing good. Charles too, he looks a lot healthier nowadays. This puts a smile on my face, Kim and Kelley still sweet as fuck. Also Pixies, a real tight band. They shouldn't play Gigantic anymore though, just doesn't seem right. Nothing against the new bass player. Bless ❤️

Was so fortunate to see The Breeders at Lollapalooza 94 in Vancouver. I was right at the front of the stage as they set up their own equipment at the start of their set and I yelled out to Kim..."Kim I love you". She looked directly at me and mouthed 'I love you too" and smiled. Thrill of my life.

you definitely can still find passion, just gotta look a little bit, a lot of alternative music (pretty much just not complete pop music) oozes it. some people are genuinely happy to share their music and perform.

I love how the camera is on Kim 90% of the time here. I've been to multiple Pixies and Breeders concerts and there's always a crowd of people jostling to be right in front and closest to where Kim is standing-me being 1 of them. I would look around and scan the crowd and you and the majority of eyes were locked on Kim. Charles always had his admirers but it was overwhelmingly Kim who had the most adoration. I'm sure it was tough on Charles that Kim became an indie goddess and the fan favorite. I saw a photo of Kelley and Kim and Kelly wearing a shirt that says "I'm not Kim Deal." And then there's that song by the Dandy Warhols "I just want a girl as cool as Kim Deal." After 40 years since I first heard "All I know is that there were rumors. He was into field hockey players..." I am still looking for a girl as cool as Kim Deal for a gigantic love!
The cool thing about the Breeders is though they all had distinct personalities yet formed such a cohesive unit, look at the way they swap bass and guitar duties, and Jim is still one hellava drummer!
I wished camera was more far away. The whole band is a bunch of outstanding cool people!

This makes me happy. So very happy. True story: My first time crowd surfing was in NYC during their set when they opened for Nirvana. I love Nirvana but I love The Breeders more! Last Splash is in my top 10 for life.

They're sounding good. Still has the edge it always had. Looks like everyone in the band is feeling good. They're one of those bands that continued to get better after their mainstream peak. Every record gives you some new angles. Great stuff.

This video inspired me to buy a ticket to see The Breeders in Spokane this August, even though I will have to spend about $800 on the concert ticket, plane ticket, hotel, etc. to get there. It will be worth every penny. I love The Breeders.

I was there, amazing show! I am in my upper 40s and have seen over a hundred different bands and this is in my top 10. I texted by brother and he asked "where are the punk bands?", I would put The Breeders up against any punk band and dare them to rock harder than these "old" ladies.. Wish they had included the banter, they were hilarious!

Can it be this authentic and gentle?? I fkn swear, Lennon and Lemmy got nutn on these fkn rocknroll interpreters when it comes to trueness. Bought the vinyl in 1991/2, and since followed this fkn brilliant gang of misfits. Thank you uspods for uploading.
