I loooove Coronado (the tower), but after trying the skyliner, I’m doing Pop from now on unless I plan more resort time, but I normally spend all my time at the parks so it doesn’t make sense to splurge if I’m not going to enjoy it.
@bekahHart what would you recommend for a family of five with teens. I am currently booked for CBR but I’m worried about the room being too crowded even with the 5th sleeper for my youngest .
Probably unpopular opinion but we LOVE port orleans French quarter! It’s quaint, small, and has a fun splash pad. We love being just steps away from the main dining area and the bus stop. After a full day at the park the LAST thing we want to do is walk 10 min to the buses. Also those beignets!
I recently stayed at Pop and went to get Primo Piato for my family in the mornings because price is similar but the quality of the food is far superior! The skyliner was a game changer for me! Cheap price with awesome options nearby!
This is a very thorough and fair assessment. Ever since Pop Century was renovated, it has been a go-to to me for easy transportation & cost. Stress-free/low-stress transportation is one of my highest priorities when booking Disney resorts. Hoping to stay at Caribbean Beach this year with our family! I’ve visited several times but never stayed there. Thanks for sharing!
Love your videos. So far our favorites are: value-Pop, moderate- Caribbean beach, deluxe- animal kingdom and beach club. We’re doing a split stay with poly and Coronado on our next trip. We love trying new resorts each trip.
Grand Floridian is my favorite hotel in all of Disney World as it’s always so beautiful and there are tons of delicious food options that are available! You can also see the Magic Kingdom firework shows from the pool and hotel grounds! Happy New Year! 🎆🎊
Agree with anything on the skyliner for value/mod.... deluxe is hard! I love them all honestly and I love hearing others reasonings for their top picks... I always go back and forth between Grand Floridian and Polynesian as my number 1 but leaning towards Poly because the studios have 3 sinks for getting ready and bottle washing and a shower room for a pack n play, I love the oasis pool vibe for lounging during nap time, fireworks from the beach area, fun treats like dole whips and pineapple drinks, a fun splash pad, and direct monorail to Epcot too if you walk to the TTC (so much faster than going all the way around resort line and transferring).
Absolutely 🙌🏼 It’s all about location in my opinion. The Poly is so good too!!! Those DVC studios are some of the best. The 2 bathroom layout is incredible. And yes, walking to the TTC is a huge perk!
We’re semi-locals (Tampa) and recent DVC members. Like you, I grew up going to Disney but I had never stayed at GF until a few weeks ago, we stayed one night for the Christmas Party. We loved it! We have a longer stay at GF planned in May and I can’t wait.
Although we haven’t actually stayed at the Grand or Riviera, we couldn’t agree more! We LOVE Pop Century and can’t recommend it enough, but the Deluxe reports have a lot to offer!
Completely agree with your rec on Caribbean beach - its our go to! Given the upcoming Caribbean Beach pool and splash pad closure, what would your second pick be?
We are 4 adults and an 8 year old and have stayed at POR for the past several years. We are in the parks all day. But we are looking at Pop Century or POFQ. What are your thoughts on choosing one over the other? Thank you for all the great info.
For me I’m here and stayed at three resorts this Xmas. Best family resorts Caribbean beach resort if u on a budget or Polynesian resort if ur a baller Animal kingdom is awesome with good and park but can’t see animals unless u get Savannah no where in resort u can see them only one spot we haven’t seen them once.
I wonder if weather has animals roaming different areas. You definitely can see from some standard rooms partial. We also visited both viewing areas at Jambo and kidani and saw animals. I hope you get to see more
I’d agree except GF I think is not family friendly. It has least food options for family with only GF cafe there and narcoses. Don’t count pool food. And walkway or boat to no other dining. This is where skyliners win
The skyliner resorts are so good 🙌🏼✨ GF actually has 4 table service restaurants, a lounge, and a quick service location ☺️ In my opinion, dining is what makes this resort top notch 🙌🏼😅
@@BekahHart I didn’t think kids could go to citricos or Albert’s? I have a small toddler so kid friendly restaurants are really important do you feel that there?
@@kisim7088 kids are absolutely welcome at signature restaurants (with the exception of Victoria & Albert’s) ☺️ Citricos actually has one of the best kids menus! 🙌🏼
The parks at Xmas r too full it’s not worth it we stayed 2 hrs at each park and was so overwhelmed and left u can’t move shame on Disney too packed don’t go at Xmas to parks
What is your favorite Disney resort?! ✨
The Riviera has my heart! ✨️ But after your video, I definitely want to try GF!! 😍
@@its.kayla.robinsonboth are so beautiful 😍

Love that idea!! Their breakfast is sooo good 🤤

French quarter was awesome too beignets we did daily and small resort so pretty not snooty

Please do one for groups with teens!!
Riviera is on my bucket list.
It’s beautiful! 😍
Old Key West is an amazing DVC option!!

A skyliner resort is great unless someone in your party is scared of heights. My husband is terrified of it so we’re headed over to the buses. 😂
So true 🤣

Carribean, another one that can't hold 6 people in a room. I guess I'm going to have to search your channel for a video on "large" families...
This video was based on resort location and amenities geared towards families, not simply just the size of the room ☺️

Too bad Pop Century doesn't hold 6 people, thinking Art of Animation is better for families due to the larger rooms.
Don’t spit stay it’s so stressful if u have kids don’t do it.
