    LOL, I am a fairly old man working in an eatery dominated by aspiring young folk.
    I love the energy!
    Thing is, you have to nurture the people and you have to encourage the skills without killing the spirit.
    I have worked, sadly, alongside those who can crank out entrees by the recipe all day long and yet can't do a great special because the spirit has been beaten out of them and they are afraid to take chances.

      Go to college and find good chef for aprenteship that led you to get decent job at decent kitchen with decent Chefs
