Even if you dont rent out your other property it's still an asset as the value of real estate will always go up. Same can't be said for a car. But Car is also an asset as you can sell it for cash. There are so many things that does not generate financial return.They give psychological return. Like watches, Clothes, Car, Vacation, Donation. We are not going to be here forever so spending our money is also important. Instead of focusing solely on money generating assets one should focus on balance. Right balance between Investing and Spending that money is the ultimate goal.

Main summer vacations me bohot himmat karke Aldo ke showroom pe gayi. Jo bag mujhe pasand aaya woh 11000/- ka tha and my budget was upto Rs.6000/- only. Maene bag ko kuch seconds ke liye apne hath me lekar appreciate kiya, wapis rakh diya and I moved out of the Aldo store with feelings of sadness. It hurts so much when money is insufficient. The best way to stop money comparison is you delete permanently your Facebook and other social media accounts, just focus on your near and dear ones. Believe me, there is a significant number of people who are hidden to most people but are actually having far more peace than those who are under loan and in the rat race. Unfortunately nobody understands this, and modern Indian people are actually not like old Indians who understood money.

Sir I cried so much when you said, 'Mera bada arman tha ki kash mere pass Nike ke shoes hote 👟' Same case here but the brand is Aldo 👜 Mera college time se bada arman hai ki kash mere paas Aldo ka handbag ho. Main summer vacations me bohot himmat karke Aldo ke showroom pe gayi. Jo bag mujhe pasand aaya woh 11000/- ka tha and my budget was upto Rs.6000/- only. Maene bag ko kuch seconds ke liye apne hath me lekar appreciate kiya, wapis rakh diya and I moved out of the Aldo store with feelings of sadness. It hurts so much when money is insufficient. Yeh to luxury ki baat hai par jahan yeh needs ke liye insufficient ho jata hai wahan sach me dukhad sthiti ban jati hai. For example, someone dying of cancer due to lack of money for treatment.

Buying a car depends on your profession possibly. Eg if a guy buys a car who is working in a backend job who need not impress the customer , than it is a liability.
But if a guy is in marketing or sales and buys a car and uses it to drive a potential customer to work / lunch etc becomes an asset .
