Not wanting to pursue a relationship with a woman because of her past is not a rejection of the gospel. Often times these conversations act as if men are rejecting the gospel if they don’t desire women with a past. It’s simply acknowledging that our sins have consequences. In this instance, sexual sin at a grand scale has a lot of consequence.
If someone had a extensive past of stealing and fraud, they can be forgiven. However, it’s not a rejection of the gospel if you don’t want this specific person managing funds for your family business.
That is why you court or date to see if they are truly being transformed by the gospel and you are moved by God to pursue a relationship with that person. If you are only seeing the sin regardless of the true transformation then you may be allowing judgement to blind you (if God is wanting you to move toward this person).
you don’t have to want a relationship with them, that’s valid but it’s only God’s place to judge them. Move on and find someone else

Oh I love Tavares comment about carnality! That's what really grieves my heart is we have these people serving in ministries on the praise team, musician serving in whatever capacity, and you're posting pictures of you and your boo laying side-by-side in the bed.
