Mike, that’s the same thing I used to say to my wife. She would smile just like Melissa and say dinner is almost ready. She knew and she knew she knew. Great vid and thanks for taking us along.
Last one you'll ever buy - Ha! - I have a son just like you. He will research and justify the next widget. It's kinda fun to watch. I would like to commend you on your loyalty to Kubota and Messick's. They have both treated you right and in turn you chose them. I would like to give a shout out to Messick's parts department. I have an older KX121-3 excavator that got water down in the control unit and it would not allow the thumb to engage. The parts guy spent about an hour on the phone providing me with options. He actually went and pulled the parts off from the shelf to assist in disassembly. We actually were able to take it apart and dry it out - then put a piece of tape to stop future water. Basically saved me a couple thousand of dollars in a service visit. I will buy parts and future equipment from them. Good Folks.
What Neil didn't mention is Messick's fantastic parts dept. I have been ordering service parts for New Holland and Kubota tractors for years. The online parts schematics really make finding the correct part easy. Simple checkout, reasonable shipping fees, and easy returns. Messick's is the best!
I keep thinking I’d take my 41 yo son over from Hershey for a tour if I could arrange it one time we’re up there. I know I’d love it. I think I’d like my son to recognize some of the ag/industrial infrastructure Messick’s provides. Seems an important lesson opportunity.
Mike, if the wife is a happy camper you’ll be a happy camper.😃😃👍 When you told us you were splitting partnerships with Kubota & would purchase a new tractor I said why wouldn’t he go purchase another Orange tractor like Kubota. So glad you did. You know everything about that brand & have had great luck with Kubota, thank you for taking us along for the ride. Wolf Ridge has come out with a new tool to enhance the cycle time on their splitters, very simple, the made a piece of steel to shorten the distance the cylinder travels thus making it cycle more quickly. 24” down to 18”. Big difference if you’re splitting 16” wood. Enjoy your new tractor.👍🇺🇸😉
@OutdoorsWithTheMorgans yeah, I like it as well. Matches well with the Polaris Sportsman and Ranger colors too. RAL 6003 is the color code, sage green powder coating.
That’s great to know Messicks is a Wolf Ridge dealer! I didn’t know they had dealers, my 35HO was shipped from the factory. Good to know I can get parts locally.
How can anyone NOT love Melissa! The two of you read each other almost perfectly. I did say ALMOST! I would like to say you are lucky Mike, but I think fortunate. NAH! You surprised me! When you were talking about the few things you actually needed a tractor for, I thought you might go back to an RK37. You seemed to like that machine and they’re priced right if you don’t need a tractor too often. Love the channel! Keep up the great work!!
Melissa made the show at the end. I was ROTFLMAO. I just smiling then cracks up. I do not know where you found her but she is one of a kind. God bless your family in all things.
One thing you might consider since you purchased the new land plane. You use it pushing backwards as much as you pull it going forward. You might consider picking up 2 more blades and installing them on the back of the bars. That way you will not be wearing out the bar that the blades attach. I always look forward to you videos.

No surprise today. I believed you when numerous times you said the 4020 was THE one for you. Idk why, i just thought when the contract was over, you'd just purchase the one you had on loan at a used price. But, hey, new is great. The Morgan family will get many years service on that tractor. All the stone drives you maintain the land plane is absolutely necessary. Well, you're all set now. Working smarter is your way of life, and 100% possible w the equipment you have. I see few others that can process a standing tree to a smooth, graded spot of land wout getting off the seat!! Ok now, unload that 4020, get down to the wood yard, empty out the shed and use the land plane to level the grade down to a sub base for concrete!! Always good stuff!! I enjoyed the walk around again at the dealership. Gosh, they sure have dream machines all around there. Selling Wolfridge too!! Very cool. The channel has not missed a beat at getting more awesome. And there's so much more coming. Thanks, Mike.👍🚜❤️🙏🇺🇲🇺🇲
You should have gotten 2 sets of remotes so you could use a hydraulic top link and still have a remote available. Good choice though, Kubota just has the smoothest working loaders in the industry!
Mike I also like the Green color. I think Neil likes talking about equipment & attachments. He knows his stuff. Melissa, I just look at it and smile. The little giggle at the end says I wish I could go swimming...
Mike did need to get a tractor just for the PTO skidding winch, the wood chipper, and land plane. It's no surprise that the Kuboto LX4020 was the tractor of choice.
I’m with Melissa on this one, You’ll have your cousin give you a piece of property or some thing with a slope and then you’ll need to ventrack and then you’ll build some equipment storage in the top shelf will be just a little bit too high for your loader so then you’ll need a Telehandler. There’s always something else we NEED eventually. 😂 Also, like the idea that she said next, you’ll probably buy her one, we all heard it that’s permission right there. She’s approved of the next one already. ;)
I love Melissa’s response to Mike’s this is the last tractor I’ll ever buy. (Pssshh yeah right!😅). That was a nice tour of their yard. I liked that New Holland tractor. That pretty blue caught my eye. And those splitters. Nice. Cool video Mike 👍❤️
371k!! Good morning Morgans and friends. I think Neils heart sank for a moment when you told him you were done buying tractors lol. Congratulations on the tractor. She's a beaut. Have a day!
Mike, as I expected. I think you made the perfect choice for your particular needs. I have a MX5400 and love it. Melissa reads you like a book. Be careful she knows what you’re going to do before you do. LOL. Very enjoyable video, Neil is always great too. Thanks
Mike: assume machine. Will last you a lifetime the way you look after your stuff. I still have my BX23S. It does all I need. Take care and stay safe. PS: Did you get a FREE balloon with it?

Hey Mike ! Great tractor ! Thanks for sharing. Really enjoyed tour of Messinicks again. Really enjoy that kind of thing . Neal is like you . Down to earth ! Trustworthy !!! Have a great week, weekend .
Your purchase just made my day! I just purchased an LX4020 with exactly the same options not long ago based on what I'd seen on you channel and your recommendation. When yours went back to Kubota my heart kind of sank thinking you found something better. When I saw that you'd actually purchased the same tractor (with your own hard-earned cash) it gave me a boost of confidence in my purchase. So far it's been great.
HaHa! I side with Melissa on this. You will buy again. Very Nice tractor and very cool to get some show and tell from Neil at Messicks. Best of luck with it.
Except a dump truck ....and half a dozen attachments. Nice thing that differentiates the tractor from the skid loader. The skid loader is a beast, but best used in a rather small area, tread on rubber tracks and undercarriage. The tractor can move a grapple full hundreds of yards. Drive a few blocks to your neighbour or mom's.
You guys are TOO FUNNY!!! 🤣 I am glad to see you stayed with 'orange' after all the praise you gave to the demo 4020 while you had it. My choice too 👍 Have a day!
I'm not surprised that you bought a Kubota, they are hard to beat. I bought a new L3130 GST in 2006. The only problem I have had with it is a blown fuse that kept it from going in gear. That has happened only twice.
When Melissa can control her thoughts with a smile and a chuckle, she knows you pretty good, lolololo!. I love the 540 E option, a lot of times i dont need to crank my engine up to 540 speed so i drop the engine speed down saving fuel and running cooler on 90 degree days.
I think Melissa is pulling yer' leg on "Loving the Tractor" & you blowing smoke telling her this tractor is the "Last One "Just kiddin"! Happy to see you can do it!
Mike, I love kubota tractors, my dad sold my old b7500 tractor 8 years ago. Loved that tractor. Then recently over the weekend, at our nh project, we had to rent a kubota bx23s tractor. Small tractor, but not enough power for what we need. I mean, when we had to backup, it didn't have power to backup unless we mashed the throttle to backup. Hydraulics were very slow. I have a hat that says kubota true to the land
Can't wait to see you put this new tractor to work. I figured you would most likely go back to Kubota for your tractor purchase....and why not, they've treated you well, and provided you with several pieces of equipment over the past few years to use and post videos about on your channel....free advertising for Kubota, and honestly one of the reasons I bought my Kubota BX2680....I didn't really need the backhoe, and figured I'd get the one with the highest horsepower as I know I'll have PTO implements that would work even better with higher HP. Between, Neil Messick's videos, John's videos from A Ritter Bit Will Do, and Mike Morgan pretty much sold me the tractor before I even went to the dealer. I knew from all the videos I've watched the BX was the right size for my small property. Can't say I'm surprised that you took home another Kubota. They build some great stuff. My only question Mike, did you buy the KTAC insurance for your machines? Curious how many people buy it, or not. Since my tractor is financed I think they throw it in the financing automatically to cover the collateral, but I don't think its a bad idea to have it anyhow.
I like how you teased the video with a picture of a New Holland tractor. You didn't have me fooled though, I knew there was no way you were not getting anything but a Kubota.
You are the proverbial kid in the candy store, and your enthusiasm for all the goodies is very endearing. Perhaps, you should plan your next trip, with Melissa, to Hershey,Pa, for a chocolate fix!
After years of saying what great tractors Kubota made I would have been disappointed if you ended up with any another brand.....Nice looking rig, I am so jealous....but for my limited needs and budget I will stay happy with my Bobcat Compact, which now just turned 60 hours...have a great week.
An awesome upgrade for the Morgan Family , with the newest model Kubota LX4020 updates! Neil definitely knows what is happening at the business! He is a true equipment professional. When I was a kid, I had the old cast iron toy tractors… with all the attachments, playing in the sand. It’s like growing up …and still getting to do the same thing , but on a larger scale! I’ll be checking out the videos you posted in the link… for Neil’s Channel for certain!
Outstanding trailer load of very good equipment. And the last tractor you’ll ever need…😊. That’s what I said about each tractor we have and I think we’re at our last one with the 105hp JD cab. That tractor like yours will do anything except burn your toast. Melissa, don’t stop eating chocolate 😌. Great channel…thank you.
Looking at that tractor sitting in three pieces. 30 odd years ago I cut down a number of 80' gums and then hired some guys with a very early version of your sawmill to come in and mill it into lumber for a large wrap verandah for my house. I cut one too many trees so when my neighbour asked about the left over one I said he could have it so long as he removed it. The next thing I knew he was knocking on my door telling me he had broken his tractor in half through the trans casing trying to move that tree. That was a 30/40 HP tractor and it sat under an awning on my shed for a couple of months waiting on repairs.
Congratulations on the new tractor Mike. I do a lot of research before I make a purchase on anything like you do Mike. I ended up buying a LX 2610 in a big part because of watching your channel Out Doors with the Morgan’s and Neil’s. Neil is so informative and knowledgeable on the equipment he sells. The LX fits my needs perfectly and is a great tractor. Two of my friends and brother in law bought LX 2610’s after seeing my tractor and the variety of things it can do. Thanks for another great video.
Never in my wildest dreams would I ever watch a video like this one PRE COVID but here iam my nose to the screen of my cellphone lapping everything up 😃
Mike, just wanted to say that you had a major start in the success of Wolf Ridge Splitters. Hooda thunk Chris would be a supplier for Messicks ! Really good story for those that don't know it! By the way, .... Nice Tractor!

You are the proverbial kid in the candy store, and your enthusiasm for all the goodies is very endearing. Perhaps, you should plan your next trip, with Melissa, to Hershey,Pa, for a chocolate fix!
Melissa, just smile and wave boys, just smile and wave... Lol
Dang it! Now I want to upgrade!
Looks like a Massey for features glad Kubota finally added these features.
Love Melissa's sarcasm at the end. 😆
Glad you didn't get a Coyote, TYM, or Worse a MAHINDRA
Outstanding trailer load of very good equipment. And the last tractor you’ll ever need…😊. That’s what I said about each tractor we have and I think we’re at our last one with the 105hp JD cab. That tractor like yours will do anything except burn your toast. Melissa, don’t stop eating chocolate 😌. Great channel…thank you.
Hey Mike, I really enjoyed today's video - all those beautiful 'toys'....!! You were like a puppy with TWO tails !!
Oh-Ooo, Mike. Keep an out on Malissa around that new tractor!!! LOL 🤣 ... Love the Messick's tour. Equipment persons dream!
Looking at that tractor sitting in three pieces.
30 odd years ago I cut down a number of 80' gums and then hired some guys with a very early version of your sawmill to come
in and mill it into lumber for a large wrap
verandah for my house.
Good morning, Morgan's! Thank you for the informative video. Congratulations on the new tractor. Great machine!!
Mike I believe Melissa is still waiting for that pool 🤔🤫🤭
Congratulations on the new tractor Mike. I do a lot of research before I make a purchase on anything like you do Mike. I ended up buying a LX 2610 in a big part because of watching your channel Out Doors with the Morgan’s and Neil’s. Neil is so informative and knowledgeable on the equipment he sells. The LX fits my needs perfectly and is a great tractor. Two of my friends and brother in law bought LX 2610’s after seeing my tractor and the variety of things it can do. Thanks for another great video.
Never in my wildest dreams would I ever watch a video like this one PRE COVID but here iam my nose to the screen of my cellphone lapping everything up 😃
I got excited when I seen the New Holland on the video cover, I love my New Holland and it has tons of lifting power.
Love Neil and Messicks!! Many places around Ft Worth to get stuff, but I like to support them. Just the best!!
Mike, just wanted to say that you had a major start in the success of Wolf Ridge Splitters. Hooda thunk Chris would be a supplier for Messicks ! Really good story for those that don't know it!
By the way, .... Nice Tractor!
Very true, Mike has been a great ambassador for our brand! I really think it's his laid back but honest approach that people connect with. Definitely happy to have OWTM as part of the #WolfeRidgeFamily ❤❤
@@WolfeRidgeSplitters Keep following your dream Chris. Hope you can shave a little time to do some fishing!
CONGRATS ON NEW POOL MELISSA! :))))
Love the new tractor! 🥳👍🏻
