Saving this. Love it! My only changes: 1. Flip the kitchen and the bedroom on the ground floor. That way kitchen and dining flows to living room for a less closed-in feel. 2. Lose the porch so living room is bigger. 3. I am building a rest house so no need for laundry upstairs. I'd just go for a bigger covered balcony. 4. I'd have a railing on the balcony instead of the concrete wall. So it's breezier. This one would be really nice as an 8 by 7. Many thanks!
