the design concept is good and the interior... but I think the porch should be provided like railings to avoid accident from falling off, second is there's no service door at the back or exit door..., thirdly is I think it needs to provide añ open terrace or covered terrace at the side of the house to make the landscape interesting añd not bare...Ok.👍✌
Beautiful but the bedrooms are kinda small. I would replace the windows in the Master bedroom with floor to ceiling sliding doors. Please show more of the backyard and car port.
Not bad but for the kitchen, I think it’s better to have one farm house sink to gain more counter space for preparing meals and storing kitchen devices. And there’s not much entertainment space in the living room for guests. Probably a Murphy bed works better in bedroom 1, which could double as an office space. It’s a very tight walking area. The first balcony could be smaller to add more area to the bedroom for a lounge chair with ottoman or a chaise lounge for reading and relaxing.
