my friend in orchestra told me to listen to it and honestly??? i can imagine hearing this in a sci-fi movie or a historical drama type of movie its really cool!
Yeah, I can imagine this in a historical movie, maybe set in the 1880s or 90s- purely because I could see someone walking dramatically down the street in a bustle gown to this song.
Finally a song where everyone gets a really nice part, with the last 2 years of playing Cello (my experience in orchestra) it’s always like: Violins “OMG ITS SO HARD!!!” Viola, Cello, Bass “No we just have to play quarter notes in D, F#, A, And C.....” (Picked random Notes)

Sadly for us violas, they didn't include violas in this recording. They probably couldn't afford us because we're too high class. ;) Edit: disregard this I just realized there ARE violas in the recording lol
I bet this is one of Richard Meyer's best pieces. It is so good, and you are able to express many feelings, sadness, confidence, destiny, and everything. Just too good and amaazzziiing!
