You can’t be a delegatus and a diabolist - the key bit of rules is on pg 104 of liber hereticus “a centurion who selects a consul upgrade is thereafter known as a legion consul”. A legion consul cant take the diabolist upgrade.

Not sure if it comes up in this game but my understanding of pride of legion in ZM force org chart is that only 1 unit gains line because it’s the only compulsory choice. Good for getting more troops for cheaper drops though so seems like the best RoW for ZM to me.

@@BearfootMiniatures I still think it’s a cracking RoW. Gets you a bucket of terminators which feels thematic, looks cool and means they’re cheaper to get on the board where you want them. But yeah, it’s a slight nerf as you’ll still need tac squads / recon squads to cap objectives.

You can't use intercept in zone mortalis. Intercept is used against reserves coming onto the board. But in zone mortalis you don't use reserves... Models come in from reinforcements.

Hey mate! Glad you enjoyed it! On p177 of SoC it says you can use any advanced reaction from the main rulebook so interceptor would be covered (unless I’ve missed a caveat?) The Cicle do but my Warsmith comes with a cortex controller so nullifies it
@BearfootMiniatures he was killed at end of game and you move your Iron Ciecle back to the door instead of programmed behavior. Move towards closest, shoot and charge.

Yeah your correct only 1 compulsory troop choice in the zm org so only 1 terminator squad gains line.

Nah, exploding vehicles cause pinning checks. Atomantic deflectors exploding don't cause pinning.
