just got done with similar project, had noever done before. for me, biggest tip i learned was start along the edges of the dent and slowly pull the dent, working your way inwards towards the center of the dent sloloy, so you are reversing the dent. as to how it was created. as when a dent is formed, the metal hits an object at the center of the mpact zone, then slowly pushes the metal inwards, distorting the metal around the impact zone further and further. the deeper the dent gets. so with pulling the dent, you would work your way all around the outter edge of the dent zone pulling little by little, moving inward towards the center of the dent.
so moral, dents start in meiddle and expand outwards, , undooing dents. is starting on outter edge and slowly working your way back inwards. hope that made sense lol. you guys rock! keep at it,. love the channel

I'm going to guess the more folds there are in the metal surrounding the dent the more difficult it is to undo. I think you did a great job especially for only having done minimal metal repair up until now! Can't wait to see more progress! Keep moving forward!

You can tie a ratchet strap to your 4Runner hitch and to the main bumper frame/panel of car and slowly pull it out with ratchet. You will need to relocate/adjust strap location to pull it back at different angles. This will take time but you’ll start seeing it looking good. Just be patient with process. You can mallet to adjust surfaces while pulling strap. Hammering is more smaller dings and creases. Doesn’t have to be perfect as you can use body filler for fine tuning. Good luck.

Burrr! Must be getting cold in NorCal. Cold in SoCal now, too. I don't know of any girls that can do their own bodywork! 😮
