Wasn't tanev a part of the flames team that got bodied by the oilers a cpl years ago?
He was but he had some kind of arm or shoulder injury that stopped him from being effective
Theres so much betting garbage in the nhl man
ya its gross
I expect McDavid to do down the same way McKinnon did - diving - trying to draw a call as his team gives up the game winning, and series winning goals. This series has the potential to be absolutely freaking hilarious.
Once again how dallas is constructed and coached is the key but once again just like avs fans they will walk through us because they have star power. Your gunna learn boys. Your gunna learn.
The flu bug has been going thru the Oilers but from what I hear, its passing now. No, 97 isn't injured, just been sick.
From what you hear ????
You are not an insider and have zero idea with whats happening with the Oilers.
@@baibureh8816 dude you dnt know who gorgeousgeorge5173 is?
I would consider this to be possible, 97 hasn't really looked like he has been favoring anything, he hides it well if he was. But he sounded like he had a cold in the game 7 after game interview, I'm sure a little shouting after the win didn't help, but his voice was cracking pretty good
Check the interviews from game 5 on....Connor, Ekholm, Drai n Hyman all dont sound normal, the most telling sign was their play in game 5 & 6 especially. They should all be close to 100% now. one would think
@@baibureh8816bruh, they interview players and thats what the players said
Dallas wins this. Oilers will be too worn down by the last series with limited rest afterwards. Dallas is deeper too. If the Canucks with a third string goalie were able to push the oilers to the brink, then stars will beat them. Max 6 games.
Oilers weren't even taxed lmao. 7 or not. Oilers win in 6, Dallas won't be able to stop 91 % Pk and 36.5% PP. Lmao.
Pretty sure everyone said that about games 6 & 7 and got shown just how stupid it is to doubt the oilers. No one wants a cup more than McDavid & Draisaitl. If the rest of the team show up it'll be as close as the oilers/canucks series. McDavid was sick most of the games, like the above comment states.
@@millsy5094 I worry about some of the nasty players on Dallas, Oilers cant run up the score if given the chance. Game will turn sour, some guys may not play the next one. The last 4 years Ive known they prob weren't going to win a series, but this Dallas team has been the only team I was worried about. Conner Brown has to have a big series, our other lines are going to be busy.
@@archangelgabriel5316 oilers PP is nasty. But they win most of their games on the PP. I think that’s why Vancouver had success against the oilers cuz they were able to hold it at bay a lot better than the kings did. I think if Dallas has the same success that the Canucks did on the PK, the stars will win in 6. But we’ll see
Unfortunately, Benn is going to knock Connors and Leon block off. Dallas has more toughness if they can catch them
He will have to deal with Kane.....or Vinny, maybe Carrick.
He is one of those type of tough guys who is quietly reluctant with an equally tough opponent no? More of a bully then anything else out there. At least by nhl standards.
@@steveaustin-kp6px we shall see
Oiler traitor
Pffft Logan Stankoven would be happy to take that role. He Absolutely flattened Raantanen in game 6. I reckon the oilers are in for a shock.
Dallas stars are going to blow it
Go Oilers...my gut tells me Dallas will prevail however
Well folks…The Oilers Special teams often decide playoff series, and here again, the Oilers have a clear advantage. Edmonton's power play has been the ON of the best in the league, operating at an exceptional efficiency. The combination of McDavid, Draisaitl, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, Zach Hyman and Evan Bouchard on the power play has been lethal. Oilers team talents and their ability to capitalize on man-advantage situations will be a significant factor. Additionally, the Oilers' penalty kill has been solid, effectively neutralizing opposing power plays and turning potential liabilities into strengths. The Stars, while competent, do not match the Oilers' special teams prowess, giving Edmonton an edge in crucial special teams battles. OILERS in 6 👍💪🏆
The Oilers didnt face the Stars penalty kill. Really, stas dont mean a damn thing. Theyre just a point for nerds to talk about. Fact is the only stat that matters is wins.
The stars have quite the dangerous PK to match the Oilers PP, but the real question is: How much worship will the broadcasters give McDavids PP?
They tried to worship the PP of McKinnon, and it didnt really help McKinnon.
I dont expect it to help McDavid as the broadcasters are heaping praise upon his PP.
Peney worship all you want, the Stars have a series to win.
First 2 games of the series can go Western Fire Fight
McDavid is not going nuclear because he is not the type of player that consistently dominates the playoffs as he has shown over several years. Get over the hype, Pundits😢. He sells your headlines well but others have contributed enormously to the oilers reaching the western conference finals.
He's currently sitting at 1.75 points per game in this year's playoffs. Not sure how you interpret that as some sort of decline in playoff performance. He will go nuclear and in fact it's almost a silly question as one could argue that he is already and always is "nuclear" in the playoffs. The only legit question that should be asked is not if he will go nuclear but if stars can shut him down effectively.
Terrible analytics! All y'all talked about was the betting side and McDavid matching up against a whole team! I personally Love McDavo, Oilers is my team and I get he is the best but we also have a pretty good bottom 6 that helped carry us to round 3. So not taking about Dylan Holloway or janmark or any other of our guys is pretty rude lol also our other top guys like Nuge, Hyman, kane, or Draisital is rude! It's a team game
McDavid will do as he's told, do as he's paid, do as the NHL says so 😄
Wtfuck does that mean? Throw the game?
RIP Dallas. That's all I'll say.
LMFAO yeah ok guy... Canadian Cope at its finest
Nothing to cope about. Lmao.@@heathclark318
Struggled with Vancouver wasn’t impressive against LA but RIP Dallas rightttt
I want Edmonton to win but I think the stars have it in 6. We’ll see though if the oilers lock in Mcdavid can steal one for them.
😂 were gunna see.
