I totally agree. It's very frustrating and I wish especially mental health workers would do better.

It's hard enough to access mental health help without disabilities adding to that 💙

I agree with you about the mental health community, I also think that a large part of that community is toxic positive.
Since it is difficult to find a person who suggests hobbies that do not require you to leave the house (that are not too expensive), I will provide those that I discarded and i use myself: embroidery (requires little material and can be done in a semi-lying position and sitting also it is not to trieding for my hands ), crocheting (more difficult from embroidery and after a long time it can bother the hand), coloring with diamonds (super easy, it can be messy if the diamonds spill out), coloring by numbers and ordinary coloring (disadvantage can be untidy or messy) and the last two are playing an instrument (I use the ukulele) and coloring with crayons colorbooks (it's not difficult and very cheap). I hope that this list will help someone find a hobby, and by the way, if someone knows a hobby that doesn't depend exclusively on hands, write it in the comments because i do not have a problem with hands so my hobbys are maybe to hard for samebody who has problems with hands so that is why i said to order people coment the one that are maybe better(easy)for hands.☺️☺️
