Hair Fasting is letting your scalp and hair breathe for a while in their natural space. Breathing doesn't literally means respiration here, its way more than that. Hair roots shaft and follicles have their own mechanism to survive and be healthy. Letting your hair free of anything for a while is very very healthy and results to be nutritive.
Hair combing is very very healthy for your scalp. the more the strokes the better the blood circulation. the better the circulation the best are your hair. so if you understand the analogy do try hair fasting and the add on combing for the best of results.

@@makeupshots6517 i was having hairfall prblm...and I find out the cause ..it's was dandruff much more ..like anything😅 then I use her 8 month old remedy mustard oil and lemon one .....I use it once the dandruff was gone bt I was waiting for more days coz it always comes return....then whenever I feel a little ichy I apply tha same remedy and now I have no dandruff....and also I have followed her 6 day challenge with the video itself and I have got that marvelous result which I can't write ....u must try that u will recommend it to all definitely

I started facing massive hairfall 2 and a1/2 years ago,I was soo tensed and being a teenage girl ,I had to go school with 2 plaids on my hair and those plaid were becoming more nd more thin ,my friends used to tease me due to that and no matter how many videos I watched to treat it right,I always got negative vibes.At the end of the day ,I ended up feeling disheartened and lost and cried thinking that I would never get tgem back everrr!!
But then I found her channel in my suggestions ,and I watched it thinking that "Oh,another influencer ,who's just going to flaunt her hair and doing all that bluff🙄"....but I gave it a try and literally she changed my mental condition do well by her generous and hopeful words ,I got influenced and watched more videos ......Then,I realised " The problem isn't in the situation,It's in the mindset" Now I've totally stopped taking stress for my hair as she has the charge.I just do follow her remedies and I know ,I am going to have my healthy hair back really soon!!

They are just amazing.I am doing your 6 day remedy and on day 3 currently.Before this I tried to go no poo and I followed it for a good month.I was doing water washes in between.Everything was going good but I was experiencing hair fall which was the main reason for why i started to go poo , So i though to cure that first by following this 6 day remedy.
