Okayyyy!! So here I am to share my experience. Did struggle in India for 2 years to grow healthy hair and it worked. But after moving to Canada because of hard water and weather changes I experienced a huge amount of hairfall. After doing so many mistakes and watching videos, I did my hair type test and then I realized the main problem of applying wrongs products to my hair. I made my hair care schedule, I completely change my shampoos, hair oil and started @preity prerna's hair growth serum application with some additional ingredients. Within a week I experienced my hairfall reduction, new hair growth. I been a month since I started hair care routine and now I can see a visible change.

All these ingredients are great, however, people with a cold body type living in cold regions must exercise caution. Adding a bit of mustard oil neutralizes the cold nature. Warming up the seseme oil prior to use helps, but do not over soak the scalp, it bothers the sinuses and even digestion for some people. Using castor oil also cools down the body too much. Wash the hair when the day is warm and sun is out. Thanks for the video.

Hair mask.... 2tbsp methi boil with 1 glass water til soft grind n make paste mix mustard oil or castor oil apply wash aftr half hr. Apply toner at night on scalp n hair length.morning apply oil for 1 hr den wash with shampoo den apply mask aftr half hr wash it.

Hi maam I m trying your flax seed n rice,fenugreek nigella seeds remedy since last one yr but no results at all in my frizzy hairs and hairfall too rather the roughnessand frizz has increased more.i m 40yrs and haven't tried any keratin spa or straightening or smoothening. If you have tried a lot of remedies for a long period of time, please consider getting some blood tests done. There may be a possibility that there is some underlying issue. I have thyroid and because of that I face a lot of hair fall. So the same remedy might be very effective for somebody but not for me. Instead of trying any remedy just oil your hair normally and focus on good diet intake. It might help you.

Yes it's true. Doesn't work on every scalp.
