General name for Linkin Park fans is simply Soldiers or LP Soldiers. The band also has done meet and greets with LP Underground which is a huge fanbase of theirs. Also the other singer in the band is called Mike Shinoda. Also some songs you can react to - Faint - Given Up - Heavy - One more Light - New Divide - What I've done - Points of Authority ( From the Reanimation album )
The guitar is not broken :D They were using these two guitars at live shows last year. Hard core LP fans are called LP soldiers (because their first fans who helped with promotion of the band were called Street Soldiers, also because of the soldier artwork on their first studio album, Hybrid Theory). The rapper is Mike Shinoda (also rhythm guitarist, keyboardist, singer, producer and possibly main songwriter for the band and also graphical artist, he also has his solo project under his name and his older solo project called Fort Minor, which is underground hip hop, he's a real genius). Lead guitar player is Brad Delson (also one of the main songwriters and creators of the band together with Mike). Definitely check out some more by them, it's my favorite band. Not sure how you'll like the newer stuff. Some people like it at first listen, others don't like it at all, others need to let it grow on them. Many of their newer albums were at first hated and then gained more popularity with time. Every album by them is extremely different, so don't be surprised. Also, about this video, the whole story with band performing is actually happening inside the bed, where Chester falls inside and finds a new world. The creatures were the same that appeared on the wall in the room (I think it was painted by Mike), it's some kind of abstract insect. Many things from the room can be seen in some form inside the bed, such as guitars, Transformers like statues and more
Hi bro! I'm agree with you and I'm a soldier too, there's only thing I can say, the things from the picture of the wall are a representation of "Elephants" a Salvador Dali's picture, that's all. :D For all the rest that you say, I'm agree with you, really!
Thanks for reading, fellow soldier, and thank you for additional info. I actually had no idea about this. So I guess Mike used Dali's painting as his main inspiration when painting the picture, right? That's cool, I like some of Dali's works, just didn't know about this one. I'd surely see the similarity if I saw that one before. He made more elephant pieces, and the piece Elephants II actually looks just like the scene from the video, where the creatures walk in front of the band during the last chorus. These creators, upon my new point of view, don't remind me of spiders anymore, but more of mammoths, really skinny mammoths with very long legs, which are clearly from different animal, some kind of a beast. The painting in the video reminds me of some kind of cave paintings.
Linkin Park - Faint next for sure. From their second album Meteora, same album as this song and Numb. In the end papercut and crawling are from hybrid theory, their first album.
I remember when I saw the making of this video on MTV making the Video and then seeing the premier...the good ol days (I'm 32 and I can definitely relate to a lot of LP songs
Adam I'm 41, and I definitely relate to a lot of their songs. They've been my favorite band, or at least top three since they came out. I can relate so much because besides the singing and fame, I have way too much in common with Chester. RIP Chester.
I think the best way to enjoy Linkin Park is to go through the albums chronologically, from their older stuff to their newest ones. This way you can enjoy the journey and see how they have grown as people and artistes. Every album is different from their previous ones and you'll be able to see how they change their musical style with each album. Off of their older stuff you should definitely try *Faint, One Step Closer and Breaking a Habit* . Then onto the next album (Minutes to Midnight, 2007), from which you should try *Bleed It Out, What I've Done and Given Up* (Chester absolutely goes mental in this one!) and so on..
Thats right bro. But even listening all CDs from Meteona to OML will never be the same thing that growing with them, seing their transformation, enjoying their live shows through all these years. But it still is better than nothing.
Just an FYI, the guy who does the rapping's name is Mike Shinoda. He also has another group called Fort Minor and has a solo album coming out next month I believe.
Maybe switch it up and react to their more recent ones. Like maybe Guilty All The Same, Rebellion, Final Masquerade, One More light, Sorry for now, Nobody Can Save Me and Waiting for the end. The last 2 being my personal favorites from them.
Man I've got every Linkin Park Album, Hybrid Theory, Meteora, Minutes To Midnight, A Thousand Suns, The Hunting Party, Living Things, One More Light. Its really hard to choose which song is the best to me they all are the best.
Those creatures are created by Joe Hahn (DJ of Linkin Park) he imagined a long legged monster that is similar to a spider. Spiked hair rapper: Mike Shinoda Singer with glasses: Chester Bennington Guitarist: Brad Delson Drummer: Rob Bourdon Bassist: Dave "Phoenix" Farrell. Also I think the next song you should do a reaction to is..... A Light that Never Comes by Linkin Park
Newest Linkin Park doesn't sound anything like this, but you may like more recent bands that took a lot of inspiration from their old sound, like Bring Me the Horizon or Issues. So here are 3 of each band's most well-known songs if you want to try to get into them. BMTH - Shadow Moses BMTH - Throne BMTH - Chelsea Smile Issues - Hooligans Issues - Blue Wall Issues - The Realest
If you want to start their newer songs, which are yes super different but in a beautiful way, I think the ones to ease into are: What I've Done Waiting For The End Castle of Glass
Bro in just about every Linkin Park song you've reacted to the lyrics are basically Chester talking about his crippling depression and contemplating suicide as that feels like the only way to get away from the pain. Unfortunately he followed through with it last year and going back and listening to their songs there's so many lyrics I never really paid attention to at the time but in retrospect make sense and are heartbreaking :(
This was a legendary band with awesome beautiful lyrics that will transcends through the ages, As for that figure or collectable he has on the music video its based on the "Mobile Space Gundam" anime who was piloted by Amuro Ray ... Chester love that anime series lot and their band logo or videos are inspired at a certain way!!! Even the Ship thats behind them, is the White Base from the first 70s era. Have a nice year, Sir IamSickflowz 💃🕵️♀️ R.I.P. Chester Bennington
Great video Dude liked and subbed. The rapper is Mike Shinoda and he has a Hip Hop side project called Fort Minor. He also has a solo album coming out on June 15th called Post Traumatic The interaction between Mike and Chester is a major part of LP. Brad Delaon is the lead guitarist but Mike and Chester also play the guitar. No one will ever sing like Chester. He's a legend....and will never be forgotten. RIP Chester Listen to Given up or Faint next you won't be disappointed....
I've been watching your Linkin Park react videos in order of upload since I discovered they exist and it's just entertaining watching someone slowly fall in love with the band. The album that this song is from is called Meteora, which is my favorite album of all times. What I like about it is that Meteora is a very personal and vulnerable album. There's a lot of openness and honesty in the lyrics of the album, and that raw realism is what makes it so good. Take Mike's rapping. Just how earnest and sincere it feels. Almost like you're just having a drink with him and he's just leveling with you like "look, man, this is how I feel" and I just love that. The balance of the rock and hip hop on it is perfect too, it's got a kickass instrumental song with the DJ Mr. Hahn all over it, and to top it all off, the final song on this album is Numb. Such a great finale to an extremly emotionally powerful album. The way that this album speaks to me has gotten me through a lot over the years. And the process that went into creating is actually interesting too. I'm flat broke and am unable to donate to Patreon, otherwise I would, but may I suggest a react to not a song, but a little behind the scenes goodie. The making of Meteora. It's a masterpiece of an album, and the work in progress is just such a big part of who Linkin Park is.
Chester had an amazing voice and it sucks we will never hear it again. Also, you should check out Audioslave (like a stone) that song is so amazing. also the spikey hair guy in Linkin park is Mike shinoda.
A band who changed my mind and i'm sure also minds of lot of young people this band did a revolution they sold millions of albums around the world i started hearing them in 2002 i was 16 years old now i'm 34 i still their fan the band is gone when chester committed suicide he was suffering from a bad depression but linkinpark forever i love u mike the second singer we miss u chester but linkin park forever
I actually love watching your reactions, they're so genuine and it's great to show people that you can like more than one genre. Thanks for helping save the metal genre ❤
If you wonna heard how powerfull Chesters voice really is, try Given up, Faint or some of these harder songs ☺ sorry for a mistakes and greetings from the Czech republic
If you want to get a glimpse of the meaning behind all of their music, and a glimpse into chester's mind, there's an interview with them where he goes in depth about his depression.
I love your reactions. It's so clear that you're just a big fan of music and your passion is fun to see for a song that means so much to me! Subscribed! !! I'm the opposite of you in that I grew up listening to rock (like Linkin Park!) and REFUSED to listen to rap. But I'm trying to get into rap now.
Ok, first of all, nice video man. Keep it real! alright, now some things you didn't know about the video. Those Japanese signs on the door mean "fire and water" which are appearing when the band is playing and Mike is rapping. Those robot toys in the room are Gundam robots from Bandai, pieces of them are in the background while they're playing. The guitars in the room were played by Mike and Brad during the performance. And there's a picture in the room, yeah it's inspired by Salvador Dalí's "Los Elefantes" (The Elephants) the elephats are in this "dream" as well. I recommend you to check out the making of this music video, it's amazing.
The other guy's name is Mike Shinoda, he has another "Rap" band with the name of Fort Minor, i would love if you do a reaction on a famous song h¿they have called "Remember the Name"... Awesome Vid.
Soldiers is the name for the fans. I'm not gonna suggest a song, because there's too many to suggest! I hope you gonna listen to much more, and go through all the albums, notice how they changed and matured with the sound. Not everyone likes it, but honestly no matter what genre they touched, they turned it into Linkin Park Gold - one of a kind.
Love your reactions, man. I don't think there is anyone out there providing better reactions to LP stuff than you! As you hinted at the end of the video, there is the Linkin Park you have been exposed to so far, which is all older (between 2000 and 2003) and somewhat similar in style and there is the newer Linkin Park which have showed a lot of diversity in their songs and live performances. So if you react to something different from them, you should talk about which aspect of the band you have enjoyed the most so far. It'll be easier to comment suggestions because there are dozens and dozens of new songs that you haven't heard yet but I guarantee you'll love based on your videos - but there are also some that'll take time to appreciate as well if it isn't your background taste in music. But as I've said, I think FAINT is by far the best choice for you to react to next...
I don't think you could really be disappointed with Linkin Park their music goes through some changes but Linkin Park will always be Linkin Park unique and unlike anything else
Haven't seen any requests for any of these yet but I could be wrong anyway could you do Leave out all the rest and or lost in the echo, keep up the great reactions
The fun thing is this song was made before transformers came out(4 years before actually) and they did the song for the first 3 Michael Bay transformers films
If you really wanna get into rock and heavier music try Sevendust-Denial and then also to get heavier check out Light The Torch-Die Alone and Sevendust-Dirty
Yo bro i remember last video you said you wish you played the guitar but when you picked it you didn't feel it was for you, the same thing happened to me man and i never thought i would play the guitar but just 7 months ago i started and now i can play anything i want(except insane solos for sure) give it another try man and I'm sure you might feel differently. you can download yousician its where i started and it's a free app and made things easier cause i didn't have to pay for lessons and stuff .trust me man give it another try
Thank you for reacting to LP, because they are my favorite band and there aren't many reactions to them. You should React to Faint, From the Inside, or Waiting for the end.
LP & the X-Ectuioners - It's going down! You'll love it as a fan of hip hop. Even if you don't review it just check it out you won't be disappointed! Keep on killing it brother!
PLEASE REACT TO ONE STEP CLOSER!!!! And the other singer's name is Mike Shinoda and there is this fan army Linkin Park set up and you can get merch if you pay for it. It is called Linkin Park Underground

General name for Linkin Park fans is simply Soldiers or LP Soldiers. The band also has done meet and greets with LP Underground which is a huge fanbase of theirs. Also the other singer in the band is called Mike Shinoda.
Also some songs you can react to
- Faint
- Given Up
- Heavy
- One more Light
- New Divide
- What I've done
- Points of Authority ( From the Reanimation album )
Shinodaconda!
I'd also like to see him react to Guilty All The Same. I don't know why a lot of people aren't mentioning any of the songs from The Hunting Party.
you mean pts.of.athrty
HeyItsJade agree he should react to that album. Definitely lot more heavier
On point

Dude.. react to given up by linkin park.. it has 17 seconds of screaming without breatjing... youll love it
Up to 23 seconds in some of the live performances! Fuckin' insane dude.
Linkin Park - Faint next for sure. From their second album Meteora, same album as this song and Numb. In the end papercut and crawling are from hybrid theory, their first album.

Brad Delson is the lead guitarist. He is the one usually sporting the big curly hair and a beard.
I think the best way to enjoy Linkin Park is to go through the albums chronologically, from their older stuff to their newest ones. Linkin Park- A Place for my head
the gundam aesthetic was such a great vibe back when Meteora came out
Thank you one person who didn’t call them transformers
That guy with spiked hair is Mike Shinoda , he is also in Fort Minor , you should check that out too
He is Fort Minor, it's only Mike Shinoda
Chester Bennington, RIP, was definitely one of the best singers ever, his control over his voice was incredible.
Just an FYI, the guy who does the rapping's name is Mike Shinoda. He also has another group called Fort Minor and has a solo album coming out next month I believe.
Isn't it called Post Traumatic
WELCOME TO THE SOLDIERS FAMILY!!!
“Transformers”
I feel another hole in my heart.
Maybe switch it up and react to their more recent ones. Like maybe Guilty All The Same, Rebellion, Final Masquerade, One More light, Sorry for now, Nobody Can Save Me and Waiting for the end. The last 2 being my personal favorites from them.
Mike Shinoda is the one who raps , main guitar is played by Brad Delson , but Mike also plays rhythm guitar

Also I think the next song you should do a reaction to is..... A Light that Never Comes by Linkin Park
next breaking the habbit
TheHrebo yea. I wonder why no one suggested it
Dude, you became a LP soldier..that is what we Lp fans are called.
You should react to waiting for the end, or when they come for me . For suree!
I love seeing you so pumped about LP, you should definitely check out Waiting For The End, The Catalyst, Step Up and Bleed It Out 🔥
the transformers in the room are probably just a reference to the movie, since their song New Devide is in it
Newest Linkin Park doesn't sound anything like this, but you may like more recent bands that took a lot of inspiration from their old sound, like Bring Me the Horizon or Issues. So here are 3 of each band's most well-known songs if you want to try to get into them.
BMTH - Shadow Moses
BMTH - Throne
BMTH - Chelsea Smile
Issues - Hooligans
Issues - Blue Wall
Issues - The Realest
You reminded me how great is this song, i always forget.
just so you know that guitar at the start is reversed :) thats why the swooping sound :) amazing huh ?
If you want to start their newer songs, which are yes super different but in a beautiful way, I think the ones to ease into are:
What I've Done
Waiting For The End
Castle of Glass
That geometric thing is a meteora for the name of the album and represents when you feel like a stranger in a place that you dont belong
Mike Shinoda is the other singer but he is purely just the rapper he usually plays guitar or piano for the songs as well
Dude react to faint by linkin park!!!
Bro in just about every Linkin Park song you've reacted to the lyrics are basically Chester talking about his crippling depression and contemplating suicide as that feels like the only way to get away from the pain. Unfortunately he followed through with it last year and going back and listening to their songs there's so many lyrics I never really paid attention to at the time but in retrospect make sense and are heartbreaking :(
One Step Closer or Breaking the Habit.
For a slightly more recent song, check out Castle of Glass. Stylistically, it's _very_ different from old LP.
His name is Mike Shinoda (rapper)
Chester Bennington (singer)
This was a legendary band with awesome beautiful lyrics that will transcends through the ages, As for that figure or collectable he has on the music video its based on the "Mobile Space Gundam" anime who was piloted by Amuro Ray ... He went too soon but I can guarantee that he now belongs to my heart.
The name is LPSoldiers
Ok, first of all, nice video man. Keep it real! alright, now some things you didn't know about the video. You can watch the "making of" this video, maybe there you'll find some answers for the video choices :)
binge watchin these bro! ur fuckin awesome. 2nd fav LP song
Soldiers is the name for the fans. I'm not gonna suggest a song, because there's too many to suggest! Hi. My mother is in love with this song; "Somewhere I Belong". But I still love heavier "Given Up".
So thank you for doing this.
nice i need more of linkin park reaction :D yeterday i discovered you channel and today i was like damn i wish there was more and yeah here it is :)
I don't think you could really be disappointed with Linkin Park their music goes through some changes but Linkin Park will always be Linkin Park unique and unlike anything else
Dude, please listen to “HIT THE FLOOR” by Linkin Park. Mike’s flow in that song is great.
I like how when you watch the music video you actually pay attention to the music unlike a lot of others. nice.
Haven't seen any requests for any of these yet but I could be wrong anyway could you do Leave out all the rest and or lost in the echo, keep up the great reactions
Waiting for the end, one of the most beautiful songs you’ll ever hear guaranteed.
Spike hair guy is Mike Shinoda and the bold guy is Chester Bennington. Guitar guys are Brad and phoneix
The fun thing is this song was made before transformers came out(4 years before actually) and they did the song for the first 3 Michael Bay transformers films
Lead vocals: Chester Bennington
Backing Vocals/Raps: Mike Shinoda
If you really wanna get into rock and heavier music try Sevendust-Denial and then also to get heavier check out Light The Torch-Die Alone and Sevendust-Dirty
Would love to see you react to "A place for my head" and "Esaul", which is one of the first songs of LP, the first version of "A place for my head"
“Are those transformers??”
Me: “oh no.”
I think you should definitly react to given up. It has something surprising in it.
I literally had every transformer when i was 3 years old
In the song Mike and Chester are the same person. Its a person have a conversation with themselves (Their subconscious)
