People in St Catherine and St Thomas needed to have already begun building water tanks for when this thirsty uptown citadel (among others) begins diverting water into the metropolis. "The Narrative Is" that the market demand for such properties is endless.... BUBBLE means champagne...no?
What's luxurious about it ? Are they smart homes ? The property is not even off Grid! Have they solved the road issue and water issue ? This is just another apartment with a alot of panoramic Angles. I do Love the fact that the townhouses have individual pools, that's definitely a plus but Apart From the view it's just another Development.
