    Always for new couples or young age tourist they prefer Thailand over Malaysia,each country has their own Identity..so for us Malaysia we admit we are more suitable for the marriage couple with kids and family..not so wild life we having here but that's us Malaysia not to heavy on having party but not say that we don't have it .. we have 13 states to conquer the experiences and each if the states will have own unique culture..we are more for expats..and be careful with migrant workers ya

Before the 1990s,1980s, in the 1970s, the tallest building in KL was Angkasaraya, at the corner between Jalan Ampang and Jalan Ramlee, across the road now is the Petronas Twin Towers. As expected, that tour guide literally skipped the malay muslim culture which makes up the majority of the people in Malaysia by almost 70%, racism is growing rampant in Malaysia which i kind of expected from that tour guide.....yes what you're experiencing was great but these people tries to erase the malay culture from Malaysia and i think you should be noted about that......i hope next time you make sure that you experience the whole culture that is available in Malaysia by choosing the right tour guide,represent the multicultural-ness of the country the right way

      70% is bumiputera so malay maybe 50% and another 20% is another natives..but i agreed most of the time non-muslim tour guide don't go to masjid or culture muzium..but what do you expect with couple of hour tour..but also he didn't state that petronas tower is the idea of Tun Mahathir as an icon to represent Malaysia in the 90s and the architecture shape inspired by islamic geometric design from top to bottom..

    MAS is one of the best Airlines that offer free luggage on top of your flight ticket. Yes, online booking is confusing some time. Most of the time you entitled free luggage a minimum of 15kg and sometimes 25kg its depend when you book online. When you do online booking don't taking it for granted and you MUST monitor your step by step booking because there's a time they offer free luggage or free insurance or otherwise. It change from time-to-time could be due to timing of booking and numbers of booking done. Yes, for MAS if you buy luggage separately its costly because MAS is not a low cost airline like Airasia so their rates are higher. But, for ticket sometime if you are lucky on your online booking at the right time you can even a MAS flight cheaper than the low cost airlines such as Airasia. So advise is take note of your step-by-step booking because they are few options features to avoid future disappointment....enjoy your trip to Malaysia which you will never regret....

    • @abbyandlogantravel
      @abbyandlogantravel  3 місяці тому

      Ya our ticket on our side said we had free bags on our ticket. But the counter said they don't honor that, which really sucked for us. And now that we know that the counter can change the rules we keep that in mind when book our flight. We typically buy extra weight a head of time now even if our tickets say we have free bags. Just unfortunate it was so confusing to find the info online. But we finally have it figure out!🤗

But we have figure out how to travel around Asia now without getting charged a lot for our bags.
