    I know how painful it is for being sleepless. I'm a person who sleeps very hard. Until later, try to take a warm shower before going to bed, make the room dark, and finally find the sound of the atmosphere to lull to sleep. Which for me is very helpful it prevented me from thinking to much and falling asleep. So I started by listening to it and remembering what kind of sound I liked. Until now, I started make clips by myself. In hopes of helping others. Let's open up and listen. I wish you a good night to wake up ready to begin a new life.🙏🙏

    You will not believe but this tip is one of the best tip which is very easy it will help you fall asleep i have read it in book when you sleep close your eyes and repeat this prayer in your mind my feet are relaxed my legs are relaxed my arms are relaxed my plams are relaxed my whole body is relaxed repeat this prayer for 3-4 times in your mind and after that say to your mind now i take a deep sleep and wake up powerful,energetic and healthy and believe me after 5-10 mins you will fall asleep 😊😊 i have read this technique in book

    Phir bhi agar neend na aaye to sari raat jago din me na so thodi problem hogi first day thakan hogi neend bhi aaegi lekin soye ni phir raat ko lette he turant neend aa jaegi phir daily routine thik ho jaega khud k experience se bata ra hun👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻👌🏻

    Dr. Ur Right I was wondering. why now days I can't sleep. As iam working as night shift. For last 1 year. As per my Daily Routine. I go for Running. After 1 Hour it's very to difficult to focus in sleeping. And mind overthinking of unwanted anusual thoughts of no meaning useless.
