I must say that Dr. Wahls looks much healthier than when i last saw her at another interview maybe 6 mos ago. That time i had some difficulty understanding what she was saying. Impressive.
Thank you Doc, we love you her listing from palos Verdes California, also I take pqq and coq10, NAD helps me lot with mitochondria, I was listening to David Sinclair on dna repair Maybe you should interview him. Great interview !! 👍🏽❤️
I understand what you are saying...but please know the big 3: degenerative, contagious, and genetic. These are the classifications of diseases. Stress and didn't effect the outcomes in only one of these classifications. One could argue for better outcomes with contagions with optimal immune systems as effected by healthy lifestyles. But reality is...as has been in my family for genetics and as in early native American/European encounters for contagions...deadly diseases despite the lifestyles do indeed exist. I know you are not intentionally callous, but the platitude actually and sadly is.
@@liamnicholson6479 genetic diseases? Yes. You could not have a child. In my case, my child was born before the gene was identified for Cystic Fibrosis. So today you could opt to have no children regardless...then no chance of something genetic popping up that you don't know about. Contagions? Yes, you could opt to stay away from people and animals. I just don't think this will happen. Like teens not having sex. Not going to happen. So two of three classifications of diseases stay on the books...degenerative diseases are from aging. The healthiest people in the world can and do still develop them. However, I will meet you here on stress and choices absolutely play a role. Still...not enough for me to accept the statement I responded to. It disregards too many people's actual pain and suffering they did not bring on themselves. It's not a shortcoming of theirs. Someday visit a Shriner's Children's Hospital lobby. Just sit there for a while.
@@dianneiverglynne That makes sense, of course acceptance is important, though ones mind is very powerful and there are many things one can do in most cases to prevent and reverse these 'diseases', 'dis-ease' is simply not at ease, ans everything has a reason. Take it easy.
In the first part of her talk she said she drank tons of green smoothies and traveled with cabbage. Later in her talk she said she only ate dinner and had 2.5 hrs of self care. Now I'm confused 😕
Such an interesting topic!Someone I know, who battles A.I disease RA and a few other things, said theirs is not managable with diet. According to their rheumatologist, they must take oral chemo doses (I believe).. bc the RA is in their blood. They're only mid to late 20s. What's the deal with that?
Find a naturopath that can clean the blood with oxygen therapy. That’s what was suggested for me. I have lupus and RA. Doing the best I can to stay with natural healing.
Hi Dr. I heard that organic sulfur crystals are great for healing and detox. Would you kindly weigh in on this? I’ll check your videos if you already have. I would really appreciate your feedback. Is it safe to take? Are there any side effects or benefits? Would it be safe for a 20 year old, 50 year old etc., Please

I believe in the first part of her talk, she was describing how she started it all. Then later maybe more current practices.
