Nice video. Thanks for the calculations. Little remark i think the Mould line remover is a bit overvalued at 15 Pounds as it's not the full size one. Hope that the rest of Europe gets a similar deal when(and if) this is released here.
@DaruKari thank you for your comment. I've looked on Hachette, and the scraper is £10.99 I believe, from what I can see. I did read that the subscription was coming to Europe. I hope it does for you 🫡👍
@@BitsBoxWorld Being honest I wouldn't buy the scraper for a dollar, and the beginners snips not much more. Got both 'free' in a paint set and they're pretty trash.
Not including the specials for the extra edition orders (£12.99 versions) its costing £740 to purchase right now, BNIB with higher re-sale value. £890 odd inc. specials. unless you want to part purchase sprues and have them drip fed with paints (which i didn't factor) its kind of a loss on the consumer side (location depending). Your plastic addiction ownt go away, so its likely you will be making purchases on top of this too. Better to spend on what you know you want, across the timeline of this. Particular point of note is that the market will be saturated with sell-offs for these items, like with previous magazines. During its lifetime, several of these factions will have newer boxes with newer sculpts you will want also. Maybe its just me though :( i really wanted to like it more. Look up the issue you want and pre-order just them, you can purchase the special items for cheaper from Wayland games etc. than the full run of specials. If it turns out you dont get around to using them, they are BNIB :) higher re-sale value.
Nice review and an interesting proposal from gamesworkshop, Good way to casually add to your collection. Might be wise to get 2 subs and you can paint side by side with your son, plus there's an opportunity to do a split screen video of you both hard at work on the same models. Can't remember ever seeing anything like that before online and you know how hard it is to be original these days lol
I want to see the Leagues of Votann. Those models are really nice. The subscription looks good if you want all the models. Can you start and stop subscription when you dont want the models on the next issue?
@GeekEnglish that's a good point. Element Games or Wayland do about 15-20% discount. The combat patrol, though, in some ways are different. For example, current space marine combat patrol is different from the one from the magazine subscription. I think the magazine version is better 😀
I'm not sponsored by Warhammer, but this looked like a great deal, so hopefully my calculation stacks up 🫡
Premium is better value if you want all the models that come with it
And yes I did pause at the recap data at the end.
@@Wargaminghobbyist101 definitely down to if you want the models.. I certainly do 😀
@@andybrown9143 awesome, I hope it was helpful 😀
@@BitsBoxWorld Yeah it's a lot easier to digest the data and I'm sure everyone in the hobby loves data.

@@andybrown9143 thank you for the suggestion. I'm glad you liked the review 😊
When it gets to Australia it is 100% worth it! The last two magazines I’ve loved and I still have heaps to build from them!
Did you ever see the other ones in newsagents? Never spotted them in aus
@minishaw280 That's great 👍. I like it because I want all the models 😀
@ yeah I hoard plastic crack aswell

Saw somewhere that it said you can cancel subscription anytime.
You can cancel any time.. just be careful because the other ones stopped taking subscriptions after a certain issue
How do you get this in the US?
@ChrisBates-sn2nb you can check it out here I believe 👍 usa.warhammercombatpatrol.com/
Imma try get multiple copies of the wraithlord/guard as those come in single issues from the look of it.
@@B1-997 that wraithlord is awesome. And for £9.99 it's a bargain 😀
@@BitsBoxWorld im in Australia so im hoping this magazine line comes here like the previous one did.
Not sure if worth it considering most hobby retailers that stock GW give you 20% off anyway

I wish it was also for Europe ... 😞
@@MadAlucardSVK I hope so to for you 👌👍
Sadly only US and UK 😢
@@VindicatorAalun I think it's coming to Europe??
Nope, in Spain we'll receive it next month ❤
