- How to Make a Doctor Doom Cosplay Mask. One of my bucket list builds is Dr Doom's mask for the Marvel Comics and might be showing up in the MCU. In this video I show the steps I took to build and paint this mask. If you would like to build one as well I have Free PDF templates available on my website. This mask is a mix of several comic book references as well as the live action movies. But feel free to customize it yourself!

@@SKSProps ok, so a quick big props to your HD Foam…I had the 6 and 10mm, but had to use 4mm from stock I had from my local craft store, and man can I tell the difference. The sanding and heat sealing of the HD foam is soooo much smoother, and I get much better cuts. It’s really amazing stuff, and I will keep purchasing it because it’s so easy to blend my seams.

One prop I would love to see is some part of V1 from ULTRAKILL, it’s a great game that really deserves more attention, and I’m doing my own cosplay of him right now, and seeing how you handle the paint and weathering would give me leagues of confidence!

Awesome. Might do Dr. DOOM next Halloween because of this video. The mask with that iconic cloak, brilliant! The armor and leather will be a challenge. Some lifts in the shoes to make me about 6'3"-6'5". Fkn awesome.

You’d need a sheet of each size 2,4,6mm and you’d have a lot left over for your next project

What do you recommend to someone who has to use a dremel and bandsaw on carpet. How should I go about protecting it and having easy cleanup?
I’d do it like a Dexter kill room and get some heavy mil plastic drop cloths from the hardware store

Can you print this specific template on an a4 paper since its not made of many poarts insted of poster?
It’s already scaled paper size doesn’t matter worldwide, just print it using adobe acrobat or adobe reader. Watch the how to print templates video

You can try cardboard but foam takes compund curves a lot better and is easier to work with

one of my friends used it as a base to make a mf doom mask
One thing I never see foam fabricators make are boots and shoes...
