“Next time, do not come back.”
This man just tanked a larger than planetary diety. Even if you’re a god yourself, do you really think taunting the formerly 6-armed incarnation of rage to basically “go sit down” is a good idea?

Honestly, any of the Revengeance soundtrack could work perfectly with Asura's Wrath. Such an over the top game
Both are very over the top so of course it works, especially here with this being the second boss of the game and already planetary size, meanwhile mgr first boss is a giant robot thingy with a titanic sword and basically armed to the teeth.
This man really combined two of my favourite early 2010’s games in one video, props
that's was great, it was more than great i loved it
Thank you for the kind words, I'm glad you loved it 💙
It's still insane, that no one talked about asuras wrath , as a kid, we had a CD disc of asuras wrath, and watching it as a kid, the wyzen boss, especially the last one, was the most hard hitting one for me, considering it's still a half of the game.
as a kid i always played sly cooper and its sad that no one talks about it
so ye i can agree, it kinda sucks

I just can't seem to get over this part for a while now, idk how many times i watched this just to see that
Me too, his preparation for it too, I feel like it's my favourite part besides the victory fist in the second chorus I think of "beneath the blood stained sand." It was the coolest for me personally.
The last punch scene too, I wanna animate that soon.
The hype and the buildup at 2:00 is exquisite
Ashura's Wrath was such an underrated absolutely hype game!!!
As a Game? It’s rated where it should be sadly, as the “gameplay” is completely garbageo. as an animation? Fucken amazing. I honestly think making it a game was the dumbest idea. They could have easily been an 3D anime and Sit at the same table as studio trigger.
@@Drbeattles Couldnt agree more with your opinion... i hope they would have introduced a proper gameplay for this "game". What a shame...
@@Drbeattles nah I disagree about being a movie, maybe a show possibly. All they need to do is give platinum studios asura wrath to develop the gameplay, the rest capcom can do
@@bungifish2227 never said it should be a movie. Was thinking a multiple episode OVA would work
@@Drbeattles true I mean they have done anime special episodes for dlc. But with that you need a good anime studio which can be hard, otherwise won't capture the hype asura wrath has shown
I’m just glad more people remember this game

As much as I love the world they created with Asura’s Wrath; I think a lot of people would argue gameplay wise, it’s just another hack and slash action adventure game with quick time events. I’m not a serious gamer so it didn’t bother me and I would’ve loved a sequel but I can’t help think that could be why it never got much attention. Cinematically and story wise it’s a true work of art.
FUCK YEAH MAN, FINALLY I WAS WATCHING ASURA'S WRATH CLIPS FOR 2 HOURS LAST FRIDAY AND I THOUGHT ABOUT IT TOO. I'm too lazy to do it but bless your soul brother for creating a masterpiece.

This game did not have to go as hard as it did, but I love it so much cause MY GOD THE BOSS FIGHTS ARE FUN TO WATCH
Asura's wrath is the number 1 game that desperately needs a sequel. The whole game is a blast, and it's boss fights are legendary. Even the dlc is cool too, we got two filler episodes in unique art styles and get to fight evil Ryu and oni on the moon. 100/10,we need another Asura's Wrath
Hard agree with that. Also Capcom needs to give us either a sequel or a remaster with online play of Gotcha Force along with a God Hand sequel and a proper Viewtiful Joe 3.
Asura literally dies in the end
Give it DMC gameplay would be great.
@@nazeerkhot3651 True but the DLC was originally gonna be a sequel but the developers decided that was too much work and just made it into DLC instead for some quick money instead

Asura is seriously one of the most badass, epic, angry and powerful beings that I've ever seen in the history of anything including games, this guy was(and still is, and probably will be) one of my favourite characters in videogames(or anything really), accompained by Death from Darksiders and some others...

Yo I remember playing this Gem of a Game and damn, I would say It's both a badass game but also a tear wrenching game since we have to fight our old comrades, but fighting August and Yasha was the only ones I didn't want to die; but man is miss playing on the Ps3

Asura's wrath is legit a gem, it had that old GoW3 world ending level absurdity but cranked up to 13.
Even the characters' stories are similar. Both want vengeance and both got manipulated into killing their families unwillingly.
to stop a god theres no need of extraordinary power. You just need the will of a man that knows that he´s doing right.
Asura's Wrath is literally too good for its own good.
Maybe because that’s a game where you have to pay for the ending
Imagine seeing an ant, trying to squish it, and it *demolishes* your entire right side of your body.
Now that was cool and I do believe Asura's Wrath deserves more attention. It's an absolute gem of a game imo.
