Happy Sunday and Happy National Beer Day y'all!! This week, we're taking you along as we tour a part of the amazing Texas Hill Country eating and drinking our way through 3 weeks of awesome Texas Hill Country BBQ and fantastic craft breweries. What are your favorites that are must visits? For links to all of the places we visited, check out our website: rvamericayall.com/breweries/tx-hill-country-bbq-beer . See you next Sunday!
We love your Hill country videos. Awesome barbeque video. We are traveling to Hill country/Big Bend in September for the rest of the year We love our Texas BBQ. Traveling around the States Texas definitely knows how to make brisket taste good.
We are down in Rio Frio near Garner State park right now for the solar eclipse, when we leave here on Tuesday we are going to spend a couple of nights in Llano, on the way to where we are now, we spent a couple of nights in San Marcos.
Those are some beautiful areas you all covered in the video!!! We just drove through Marbel falls and Blanco today on the way home from Lampasas!!! We saw the sign for save the world brewing. That sounds like some great people that own that place. We are going to stop by there on our next trip through there!!! You all have a wonderful day!!!😊
I'm from West Texas El Paso and what makes Texas special is not only the cool spots, but it's folks like yourselfs. We're not Californians, New Yorkers, Coloradians or Floridians, we're Texans. Keep up the great work and stay safe on your journeys.
Drove by Salt Lick last night. That place gets absolutely packed on the weekends. It's a good vibe and the food there is awesome. Unfortunately bbq is so dang expensive these days. Next time you're in the area you should try Terry Black's closer to downtown Austin.
Fun. Tom, as my husband's "barber" I get the hair and beard. He trims the beard when I cut his hair about every three months or when we have a viewing or funeral to go to😥. Two words when it comes to Texas beer...Shiner Bock.
Cool and interesting vlog. I have a question. I'm sure you've eaten at Smitty's in Lockhart. Are there any other bbq places that serve similar taste to their "rings"? Thanks for your time. GIL from Grand Prairie Texas
I've been to hill country many times. Been to Rudys and Black's. Well I tried Salk Lick and WOW. My new favorite. How the heck are you guys not 300lbs? :)
Sorry for the misunderstanding. No, we cannot see or hear her. We cannot see or hear anyone who is watching our videos. We have no idea where you are or what you look like. But we appreciate you watching our videos.
That really looked like some great BBQ. Outside of Texas, BBQ has become bougie... and it's getting that way in some of the larger Texas cities as well. For that matter, eating out is quickly becoming a luxury item that we just can't justify with inflation the way it is. Brisket has become just obscenely over-priced
@@rvamericayall Unfortunately, it seems to be very rare that things ever come down in price to where they were. Gas being one of the odd exceptions. Once they're able to sell $12 Big Macs, there's no going back. Especially with minimum wage being jacked up to $15-20 in a lot of states.
Coopers is really more about the experience of it all and the sides! The free beans are really nice and good but I agree that the BBQ is just average for the Area.
This is funny! We watch RV America, "the Original, RV America"! I don't understand why you would take over their name and add Ya'll. Why do this when you had a successful site anyway? You commented on their channel before so you did know they used @RvAmerica as their channel name.
Hey y'all. Sorry for the misunderstanding. We registered RVAmericaYall.com and the name RV America Y'all on a variety of platforms beginning back in 2013. We knew that as our travels expanded beyond Texas, it would make more sense and be more in line with the content we created. The change in our brand wasn't about taking over anyone's name.
@mcneilsonwheels8392 We’re not going to argue the point with you. We secured the name RV America Y’all on UA-cam prior to 2018. Traveling most of the year outside of Texas and all across America, our original name RV Texas Y’all no longer matched our content. RV America Y’all was the obvious brand transition for us, which is why we already secured the name here, on other social platforms and bought the URL years before. Channels change their names here all the time. Sometimes, multiple channels have the same name. These are 2 different channel names. If you don’t like our content or have a problem with us, you don’t have to watch our videos. That’s okay. We are sorry this has offended you. That was never our intention. We work very hard to be a positive, supportive voice for the RV community. We are not RV America. We don’t ever claim to be RV America. We are RV America Y’all.

i was just funin with you i know it was over time
Love the Hill County
We do too! Smiled

Same to you!
If you guys find yourself in Waco again, go to Uncle Dans BBQ. You’ve got to try the “white” potato salad. Unique and my favorite.
Wow, great video and thanks for the tour.
You’re welcome ☺️
Yup, your right, ASTRO could get lost in that beard !!!😅😅 Safe travels !
🤣 💯!!!
I haven't been to the Cooper's in Llano but have been to the one's in Fort Worth and College Station. Good BBQ!
Thanks for letting us know, good stuff!!! 😋
Llano is the original location
Cool and interesting vlog. I have a question. I'm sure you've eaten at Smitty's in Lockhart. Are there any other bbq places that serve similar taste to their "rings"? Thanks for your time. GIL from Grand Prairie Texas
They all have their own unique flavor profiles from the rubs to the wood they use.

🤣 we just spread it out and stay active but with this video I’m sure we gained a little bit!
Hello, we love your videos ya'll look so happy. This is serious, my wife wants to know can ya'll hear or see her while she is watching?
😂 👀
@@rvamericayall I was serious my wife has dementia and i;m trying to convience her people on utube can't see her

Love turkey sausage ❤❤❤
It was great stuff! 😋
What about Snow's BBQ over in Lexington, TX...?? It's kinda close to the Hill Country. And a top contender too!!!!
Absolutely 💯, it’s on our bucket list! That is an event!!! 🙌🏻
Good video ,but you missed a small mom and pop BBQ in Llano TX Tumlinsons I think they are the best BBQ in Llano.
Next time, thanks for the tip!
They are only open friday, saturday, and sunday.
What a tough life. Being forced to eat great BBQ and drink beer. 😂😂🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣
😂 someone has to do it!
have a Brisket smoking for the grandkids lol
Yum! 😋
Can't believe you didn't go to the best in Texas, Louie Mueller in Taylor!
We weren’t in Taylor but we will need to add that one for next time!
@rvamericayall It's the best you've ever had I don't care what they say Snows either. Snows is good but only open on Saturday doesn't cut it.
Man, I wanted to try Salt Lick the last time we were at Canyon Lake but, thanks to Sierra getting a bad sunburn, we had to pass..... :(
Hopefully you can get back there because it is worth it! 😋

That’s fair, hopefully things get better soon!

Coopers bbq is over priced and over rated.
Go down the street, west..get great family bbq reasonably priced
It’s more about the experience at Coopers! What’s the name of place down the street?
@rvamericayall Inman's family bbq
Friendly and great bbq ,fresh 🏡 bread and more
@billystefek3513 You left the video too early…
Cooper's is average BBQ at best, and isn't even the best BBQ in Llano. Don't fall for the hype!
Coopers is really more about the experience of it all and the sides! The free beans are really nice and good but I agree that the BBQ is just average for the Area.
So what BBQ place do you recommend?
@@Lexie1530 Inman's BBQ
Inman’s was our favorite ❤️
@@rvamericayall we will try it. We have always eaten at Cooper's. We didn't even know about Inman's!! Thanks y'all!

No, since in arguing anything, just sad it happened to a very nice couple. Keep jeeping RV America!
