Your channel is only focused o workouts, and that's amazing, your type of wrkouts are unique in all UA-cam and that's what separates you. The problem is that is a very specific content and you could ran out of ideas for ne videos. I've been watching you since the 2k subs and I want you to succeed and grow and I think it would be an awesome idea to expand your content, keep doing workouts and talks at the end of the practice (maintain them because is the essence of the channel), but you could also add other basketball related content like fundamentals, shot mechanics, new basketball moves, conditioning, stretches for basketball, how to structure your workout (now that offseson is right at the corner), gym exercises for basketball, vertical jump and explosiveness. This are only some ideas. As I said, I love your content, keep up with the work. Much love from Spain (you are worldwide!!!!).

Can someone help me with info about neck pain / nerve pain on the right side of my neck (slight pain also to left arm). I stopped playing Ball for now, because eveytime i make contact with a player i injure my neck and its frustrating. I was having off time for 2-3 months then i felt better (did also weights in the GYM), but after one BBALL session with the squad I again (it was just a movement combined with just a small contact) It hurts and sleeping can sometimes be really painful when moving during sleep. Im desperate. Paid 250 EUR for a Physio appointment of 4 days massages and injections. But still I feel the same (very slightly better) - The next is an MRI ) hope to see someting, But i think its nerve related. After taking Ibuprofen before sleep - my neck feels ok. But if anyone can share some toughs It would help me so much. I miss shooting, jab fake, backing down and moving from left to right shoulder. I play good, I am a good athlete. Im 35 years and I promised myself to continue to play and work hard. :((( Hope someone gives feedback. Greetings from Croatia

good work! The only question that I have is the lift on the jump shot. If you are not 6'8 or taller, you are going to need increased lift on the jump shot or a step back method. No way you are getting that off in a man to man match up.

I really enjoy Melo style I may be totally wrong, but: - in the form shooting only "nothing but net" counts (this makes the shot and arm higher) - why are you moving the right hand to the right, maybe form shooting with only right hand can help - jab without sole sound doesn't count, also you keep the ball in the pocket - doesn't look realistic, the ball near the foot will sell fake better - when starting dribble to the right from triple-threat, you often make a slight travel (on 25% or 50% is clearly visible) - overall jumpers from triple-threat need higher jump and higher release (only imho of course) as they are made with no separation right in the face of a defender or with weak separation after a jab
Shouldn't we try to practice post moves with a defender? It is hard to simulate the body contact. Maybe you can do a video sometime with post moves with defender. People can work in a pair with one set of roles and then switch. Just an idea. Thank you even more for the great lecture at the end.
