...I really hate how these types of people ruined Calvin and hobbes. Calvin acted like that cuz he was a 6 year old. They unironically think acting like a 6 year old makes you tough and cool. Worse, they ignore the positive bits where Calvin had such a vivid imagination that his stuffed tiger came to life for him and they go on adventures. Also I should note that any Calvin and Hobbes products you find are bootlegged because last I checked Bill Watterson literally refused to let his comic be turned into merch because he hated how companies did that. That could have changed in the past decade or so since I read the comic but I don't see it actually happening.

Zendaya herself says Zen-day-a, exactly how it's spelled. We just don't expect uncommon names on gorgeous BIPOC ladies to be pronounced the way we first read it, which is why you're hearing so many people try to make it Japanese.

She pronounces her name exactly as an English speaker would expect by sounding it out. Zen-day-a. 'Zen' can only reasonably be pronounced one way from an English perspective and is a familiar borrowed word. 'Day' is an English word so we assume that syllable is pronounced that way. A lone 'a' on the end of a word from an English perspective is a short vowel a sound. Ergo, if you sound it out, Zendaya is pronounced exactly how it is spelled.
