Builders have already taken the margin of next 8-10 years by artificially inflating the prices at exhorbitant rates. Investors who bought at these rates will anyway face losses whenever they sell. They should have acted cautiously when builders were increasing 1000/psft+ every month. Each month fake inflated price = at least 1 year genuine appreciation (consisering market coditions are overall positive). Late investors have already handed over their potential profit margins to the developers. Definitely not smart investors rather FOMO prey
People shall start selling at a norminal increase in secondary market so that correction happens and it benefits end user
