    You are absolutely wrong.
    1. Land cost
    2.labor cost
    3. Construction material cost
    Kya ye sab 3x ,4x,5x ho gaya hai in one year..
    In 2020 dwarka expressway m3m sector 113 price was 8k and now ye 25 to 30k.. kya ye bakwas nahi hai..
    Sir aap maan lo gurgaon me most of the area still 8k se 10k isse jayada jo bhi lega no appreciation in next 5years bet laga lo

      Yes correct. He is repeating in every sentence that builders costing is fixed. But the costing was already happened even when they were offering the rate of 8k-9k, land was already purchased (even well before that). It appears that kuch bhi logic laga kr these people are trying to save the sinking boat. Reality is that majority of buyers are standing at 10-12k max. Price could be 15k in few years but buying at that price today will bring no profit. I am not an expert but just a small thought. I think buyers should wait more and act in no haste.

      Bhai kisne kaha M3M 8k tha kuch bhi. Maine khud 2022 main li thi 18K main. Bataya toh us waqt bhi 22k tha . Toh nahi pata toh nahi bol. varna invest nahi karoge pachtana padega. Koi land ye nahi ki asimit hai .

      ​@@InfotainmentNowIndia 2020 begning ka rate aap pata Kar lena 8 to 10 pe trade ho raha tha.. and without social infra retail user will not buy overpriced property.. aap sure rahna in chijo se .. kitne log 30 percent aur 10 percent dekar fanse hue hai.. nd please aap otherwise mat lo sach yahi hai

    Kya mentality ki baat karte ho...jab koi criticise karta hai toh positive lo ....bahut investors or people aise hai jo aapse bahut jyada knowledge rakthe hai.....aap log bas builder ki sunai hui story sunate..ho...
    Mentality ki baat karte hai....aap jis profession mein hai na sabse kharab mentality hai us poori fraternity ki....koi bhi nhi aata bachane ek baar fasane ke baad.....

    Gurgaon flat prices are highly inflated now. Builders have started offering big discounts in just few weeks of launch. Early investors are stuck and feel cheated.

    Property price nahi badhne vaala 3 saal. It will not fall also, will remain stable for 3 years. This is my view. Reason: very high increment in last 3 years.

      It will not fall, but their will be distress deals, imagine you dont have next 30% money, what will you do. So rates will not fall much but you will get lower prices in deals.

    Here is the thing: Property prices are not going to increase for some time. If all of us can show some patience, these prices will further fall. If not, they will stagnate. In either case, show patience.
