Recipe ingredients:
• 3 chicken breasts
• 50 gr. mayonnaise (optional)
• 50 gr. pesto Sauce,
• Pepper and salt to taste
• Olive oil,
• Cheddar cheese.
Cover with baking paper and foil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220 C degrees for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes sprinkle cheese on top it. Bake again until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
