I KNOW exactly what video you are talking about and I LOVED that version sadly cannot find it anymore.
It was some foreign film about a bus driver who fell for one of the riders and he bought her like heels or something.
I never got to see it but it was so cool someone put those clips to this song.

I totally agree with you, but sometimes I feel like I'm watching this for the first time on UA-cam and it's like travelling back in time for 3:35 minutes.
