To all of the Menza family, know that Brazil has a great love for their career and for having completely changed the structure of the band, for the better! Nick Menza forever 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻☢️🥁
Nick was a beast!! so much energy and power in his playing!! every GD note was a like a powerful hammer strike! I'm not trying to hate on so many awesome drummers (Adler, Dirk, Shawn just to name a few!) buit he's just best drummer they ever had.
Nick doing what he always did better than any other Megadeth drummer.....pummelling and punishing those drums. Cool performance!! Lovely to watch this line up, which is the best Megadeth line up 🤘🤘rock in peace Nick, never forgotten
Nick's energy was always up no matter what he was playing. You can tell drumming was bliss for him. And Marty was so next level. I can't believe the camera crew missed his entire solo.
I love NICK´s drumming, but in a band like MEGADETH the Powerdrumming is a very effort & difficult thing for any guy who don´t have a healthy life..... And Nick missed that.... 😟 As a Percussionist/Drummer, I notice that with my 52 years old (And I don´t play like a beast as Nick😂😅) *A very few Metal drummers can resist a gig in his 50+/- age.... (DAVE LOMBARDO,....¿? * Then, you have TOMMY ALDRIDGE destroying drums with 71 years!!! But you notice this guy never gets more old......😂)
@@pabloqPercusion 👽👍 I'm (guitarist) guessing 2 hours on drums is kind of like riding a bike but with alot more physical exertion. Watching the drum cam when Nick is hammering the drums on the conjuring. Very impressive . .so exercise and healthy lifestyle would help alot..rather than hitting the bottle.and partying. Mind you a drummer just turning up to the gig on time is good..for the band.👽👍
Not really. The reasoning is widely known, he dropped out of a tour due to a tumour in his leg and mustaine being the asshole he is permanently replaced him with Jimmy DeGrasso.
@@poshdan1988 That's what I referred to. "Your services are no longer needed", it was something like that. And then, later on, Ellefson said that after rehearsals with Nick he decided not to get Nick back.

@@dehypnotizer Well... I´m not really sure about that, but I`m not into drugs or alcohol (and I stay +/- healthy with 52 years old), and it´s difficult to me to play drums hitting hard along to an hour, without loosing the time or the intensity in a middle of a medium/fast song.... Imagine that in a setlist like MEGADETH repertory.... (If you don´t act like an Athletic Pro player every day, you are done in a Metal band after you come to an 40 years old guy). NICK was a Beast, hitting very hard in the 90´s and only a very few players came to that level, and it´s very hard to manteinace that about time (DAVE LOMBARDO, ...)
I remember the late 90s and how tonnes of musicians in metal bands started to cut their hair and wear skater clothes to fit in with the up and coming new metal bands ( that thankfully have mostly vanished) so glad nick didn't fall inline ,remember how Lars didn't want solos on an album at the time because solos "aren't cool anymore" lol, even slayer went a bit new metal with diabolous en musica ( terrible album) . Nick is the only drummer that actually bought something new to the table when it came to the sound of megadeth , mustaine has never publicly acknowledged just how much energy and creativity he stamped on megadeth songs .

Brasileiro aqui também 👍👍
Nuestro amigo Nick Menza 🙌🏽🇦🇷🤘🏽 nunca te olvidamos, siempre en nuestro corazón
Nick was always a cut above every other one He was the best drummer No one will ever drum the way he did
Nick's drums sounds like canons and bazooka !!!! and love the bass sound too. Wonderful performance 👏
Yeah... and to think, Dave threw that "bass sound" away because of misunderstanding.
Jimmy Degrasso with Pearl Drums
the best lineup 🖤🖤🖤
The only lineup that could destroy any band in the world at any point in their career.
So great seeing these videos again. Nick - best drummer for Megadeth 🤘🥁🤘

Rip MEGAMENZA
Great intro Nick.
Dave's best vocal perfomance for this song
Nick was the driving force of Megadeth. They screwed up so bad parting ways with him.
Exactly I agree.

This and all his live performances are why he has fans. Seems to keep time like a clock and do the fills the drummers want!
O cara é bom demais!!
Se virem seus gringos, para saber o que escrevi rá.
The classic lineup! What's going on with Ellefson's haircut also lol.
He took time off from Loverboy
Cool to see this again. Full band backup vocals! They also played Use The Man at this gig…. ua-cam.com/video/ijr2PBcdOQk/v-deo.html
🤘
kool ..i did see them in 97 in st.louis ..very kool show :)
Ace
Um dos auges em termos de execução dessa formação clássica. Todos os membros muito experientes. Marty maldito, toca para caralho.
Great solo by Junior...
Truly missed 🖤
Great performance !
Megadeth are made by this line up.
Some of their best works
🤘🏼🤘🏼
Hitting the like Button on behalf of Mustaine
Why have Mustaine & Ellefson gotten rid of Nick - that's gonna be the biggest question in the history of Megadeth.
Not really. The reasoning is widely known, he dropped out of a tour due to a tumour in his leg and mustaine being the asshole he is permanently replaced him with Jimmy DeGrasso.

Damn they didn’t show Marty at all. Even during his solo.
Trabajo en la industria audiovisual y les aseguro que si el director de cámaras nunca eligió un plano de Marty no es por casualidad.
👽👍🛸👌
Last Menza's year in Megadeth.
short after this our dear Nick got the boot :_(
It sounds different , what tuning it is ? E flat ?
1:22 finally, proof that Kenneth Keith Kallenback and Dave Mustaine aren't the same person
What? Owen Wilson on bass?!
the camera man only knows 3 member hahahaha wheres Marty
Fucking cameraman he wasted the ENTIRE solo on the base…Really????!!!
The editing team totally screwed Marty's Solo

new metal bands didn't wear tight jeans as I remembered it, they were wearing buggy jeans like hip-hop or basketball shorts.
