It takes me a long time to do a bedroom. If you consider the time to move furniture out, take down ceiling fan blades, tape up the walls, drop cloth & plastic on floor, scrape popcorn, fix damage & seal stains, prime, 2 coats paint, corners, touch up paint, and clean up....I charged more like $5.5 per sq ft and It ended up being around $1,200 per normal sized room.
