Hi...
Have you done any Tutorials on Master and Sum-Documents?
I have huge problems with creating a Master Document from Sub-Documents.
When i have imported the Sub-documents into the Master document I see some blank pages that I have to get rid of in order for the page numbering to be correct.
After removing the Blank pages and saving the Master Document in Outline view, everything seems to be in order bur when I re-open the document, some of the links seems to have disappeared. Any Ideas?
