@Werdna lol All dice eventually break, only a few fully recover and are trusted again. The amount of dice that got "retired" at a single D&D session in my group was hilarious! The store didn't mind though. :)
Interesting to see level-ups through 3 & 4. I see the treasure cards have values for money; I heard that's for campaigns to buy between adventures. I guess giant eyeball creatures are a D&D thing.
@@DaletheCasualGamer I guess we went '70s D&D / Stranger Things with the Mind Flayer in Drizzt. I thought the Manscorpion from TSR's Dragon Strike was a little odd, and that's revisited here, too.

Does make you wonder why they didn't go with the translucent part for the minis. Many of the other games included transparent creatures. Good video. Just got this coming in for under the tree this year, and checking people's thoughts. I will say the tiles are a lot more colorful and various than people have mentioned. I also subscribed. Have I seen you in chat at Rob's tabletop world?

Hi, no this doesnt have all the miniatures from the booster it has a good collection of them with many repeats of many models for the lower level creatures and a few single exclusive related adventure ones, like the halastar or the murial model. I have been collecting minis for a a few years now and i can say these board games are the absolute best way to construct a good collection
How do you incorporate the figures from the booster boxes to this game if they don’t come with stats and cards? Just wondering cause I’m interested in buying this along with some booster boxes

Beholders (giant eyeball creatures) are definitely a D&D thing ... and usually something low level characters should run from. :)

Are all 44 minis in this? It seems almost worth it for the unpainted minis as opposed to trying to collect the painted versions.

Unfortunately you can’t. Just swapping out the same mini from unpainted to painted is all you can do. Enjoy your game! :)
