I just found out that you made this channel. I've been watching the Modern Rouge for years as well. I love this kind of content. Really puts me on edge and the history is fascinating. Don't tell anyone there, but you was always my favorite on MR. :)
I think you would find the research of Dr. Judd Burton as an interesting read. He's done research on the ethnography of werewolves, zombies, and some other cultural practices related to the occult. His Ph.D research was on Banias / Panias (Pan's Grotto) in the Levant.
I know they're now using freeze dried tilapia fish skin as an inert matrix to place over burn wounds to allow new skin to start growing again. They freeze dry it to prevent it from gathering germs post harvest/prior to its use. Begs the question though...is the human skin which subsequently grows back some sort of a weired human/fish hybrid that by far more hydrodynamic and less susceptible to the effects of salt water? 🤔😉

Man... that's a really hard ethical for me. If I didn't have to make the pants, and they were tanned correctly, in a heartbeat. But if o had to .... collect, and make, the pants I would really have a hard time but I am quite tired of struggling so often 😅
So out of curiosity what are you reading? You keep mentioning reading youve done and just curious as to what those books are. Also another use for human skin is book binding!
