    Gonna give this a try at the gym tomorrow! Was looking for some circuit/cardio to do to break things up!

      @@AlexBennettFitnessandGolf Went to the gym 2 days ago, I mixed these moves and some from the other last 2 videos you posted. One hell of a cardio/core workout, I loved it!
      Quick question: do you have any exercise that can help with weight transfer and solving early extension? I struggle a lot with shifting my weight to my left side in/before the downswing and then tend to early extend my hips which leads to thin shots.
      Would love a set of exercise that helps with this!

      @@pascalpezet love to hear it! The moves in this video will certainly help. They better we get with our posterior and hip hinge the less likely we will early extend. However, if you have poor internal hip rotation especially through the lead side you will struggle with early extension until that is addressed. I will get a video out sometime soon on some key hip moves for golfers

    Had ankle injury too. What did you do to recover from that?

      Lots of stability work and hip and glute strengthening. The glute has a lot to do with the stability of the ankle

    It was tough. I couldnt keep my balance on that first exercise. Might have to use a lighter weight.

      Yea make sure you get the balance portion down before upping the weight.
