I gave this a thumbs down. As because at around 2:47 we see what appears to be a giant rubber band. I, like I'm guessing many others, have no giant rubber band. The 6 Iron on the floor was interesting, but from my initial viewing it looks as though this will be 6 minutes of unrelatable content. I will come back and watch the video completely through, I really liked the last one and certainly appreciate the thoughtful effort of the new format. I also felt the reference to as a ruff quote, "having mobility means injuries won't happen." That's just completely understandable in that having good mobility will reduce the risk of injury but it's just not true that having this mobility will mean no injury's. It easily could be understood as misinformation. But to the larger issue of who has a giant rubber band?
Pretty standard exercises but nicely explained. In recent years I've come to the conclusion that having the right form for these is really important, so it was good to see the details were covered. Good video - would like to see more.
If I don't have the double band, is there another recommended way to do drill #1? Fantastic drills and please keep them coming! Very easy to follow. Thank You Anthony.
Awesome exercises that help my game. I also work through Anthony's program on the SGA subscription site and like the improving overall fitness, all great for my aging boomer body.
Always discuss any new workout routine with your PT or surgeon. I will say that i had a client doing these drills with great success just 6 weeks after surgery.
Thanks for the tips, I struggle a little with rotation here. I unfortunately ended the season last summer with a tear in my rotary cuff and labrum while swinging the club. Almpst feel like I'm ready to go at it again soon. Any exercises that can maybe help prevent this again that you know of ?
Hello Chad, It depends on which rotator muscle was torn. I will be adding exercises for shoulders in the coming weeks. Always check with your Dr. or therapist before beginning any workout routine. Anthony

Taking the thumbs down away, as the 6 Iron tip was really good and the rest of the video was too so I can forgive you the giant rubber band.

Anthony
Do you know which muscle it was? Supraspinatus?

You can do these 3. We have clients with 2 hips, 2 knees and 2 ankles doing these with great results.
