Imagine that instead of Ultron getting destroyed in the last what if episode, he beats the watcher and goes into 1 of those other universes and he decides to kill everyone there , but it happens to be a star wars universe so he fights the strongest star wars characters , even heros and villains from star wars team up against what if Ultron.. and Ultron loses but somehow survives and goes into another universe to try and make an army to retaliate at the star wars universe , so he searches for another universe to recruit an army by force.. and he goes into a Naruto's universe but it's a "what if" type of Naruto universe because Goku from DBZ is there too. And they both fight off Ultron ,but Ultron recruits Madara Uchiha and other powerful villains and they go back to the star wars and they fight and ultimately lose and star wars wins, and after that some Shinobi train to be Jedis and Jedis learn to use the force as chakra.. which would be the same thing but in different ways of using it.. so star wars Jedi would be like wtfff I didn't know I could use the force to do shadow clones , walk on water, and genjutsu .. or Naruto saying ohhhhhh so that's how Pain was able to do almighty push by using the force 😂

Nice callback to the original Iron Man casting where Olyphant was part of the Tony Stark screentests. When Cobb blasts the speeder using Boba's rocket, I immediately thought - Iron Man! With Favreau actually directing that (first and only so far) episode of the Mandalorian and The Marshal being in a dusty desert town blasting his way out to freedom, it was pretty much on the nose. Good thing Favreau finally cast Tim in something he'd direct a decade or so later.
I think Wakanda being Mandalorians is kinda far-fetched from Wakanda's origin and purpose. If you will think about it, they originally were different tribes in a huge location fighting usually for dominance and/or power. Then they received the Vibranium, in which they believe as gift from their God (or Goddess, I think). So it was kinda like Avatar-ish since they were united under one flag despite having major tribes underneath. Though the only difference is that champion that united them gets to rule. In addition, the next leader will be fought and won by one of the successor of the previous king, or battle champion representative by other tribes (if any), or lastly by any challenger (usually from the royal or nobility bloodlines, if there's also any). Maybe some of you know these plot lines already, but what I'm saying is that they seems kinda pretty far from being Mandalorians, since they hid their entire existence from anyone else as possible (prior to opening of Wakanda). But they still stayed compact and grow without outside assistance. I suggest that Wakanda could be some thriving rich and advanced planet (or possibly star system, one planet for each tribe) hiding any of its traces from the rest of the vast universe. Then slowly, they are taking steps into opening up to the universe (the Senate, perhaps?), then onwards Sith Soldier kiled their king and his son sworn vengeance. Pretty neat, right? Kinda parallel to both storylines. Well that's just a film theory... whooppss... sorry... wrong channel... XD

I also want members of SHIELD to be included in this story like Nick Fury, Maria Hill and Phil Coulson.
I could totally see Captain America as a mandalorian chieftain. He could potentially give them the organization they need to finally become a true military power and a peace keeping force for good. Maybe convince Boba Fett to become his second in command and get his mandalorian clan to act as his special forces for covert missions.

I think Wakanda being Mandalorians is kinda far-fetched from Wakanda's origin and purpose. If you will think about it, they originally were different tribes in a huge location fighting usually for dominance and/or power. Then they received the Vibranium, in which they believe as gift from their God (or Goddess, I think). So it was kinda like Avatar-ish since they were united under one flag despite having major tribes underneath. Though the only difference is that champion that united them gets to rule. In addition, the next leader will be fought and won by one of the successor of the previous king, or battle champion representative by other tribes (if any), or lastly by any challenger (usually from the royal or nobility bloodlines, if there's also any).
Maybe some of you know these plot lines already, but what I'm saying is that they seems kinda pretty far from being Mandalorians, since they hid their entire existence from anyone else as possible (prior to opening of Wakanda). But they still stayed compact and grow without outside assistance.
I suggest that Wakanda could be some thriving rich and advanced planet (or possibly star system, one planet for each tribe) hiding any of its traces from the rest of the vast universe. Then slowly, they are taking steps into opening up to the universe (the Senate, perhaps?), then onwards Sith Soldier kiled their king and his son sworn vengeance. Pretty neat, right? Kinda parallel to both storylines.
Well that's just a film theory... whooppss... sorry... wrong channel... XD

Your idea of having a crossover between two different movies got me inspired with a crossover idea involving Disney and The Lord Of The Rings (I even selected the ideal characters for the cast).

I also want other villains to be included in this story like Baron Zemo, Taskmaster, Celestials, Namor, Kang the Conqueror, the Kree, Kingpin, and Doctor Doom. I also want members of SHIELD to be included in this story like Nick Fury, Maria Hill and Phil Coulson.

I could totally see Captain America as a mandalorian chieftain. He could potentially give them the organization they need to finally become a true military power and a peace keeping force for good. Maybe convince Boba Fett to become his second in command and get his mandalorian clan to act as his special forces for covert missions.
I actually want to see more of Marvel and Star Wars but how about a new idea and say DC and Star Wars I'm a big fan of both so just an idea I'm throwing out
