    I can see this technology incorporating all aspects of entertainment media, sports, back packing, exploration, hunting, trekking, maps of the earth, road tripping, traveling, breaking news, inclement weather, tornados, hurricanes, storms, wild fires, watching police pursuits, watching plane flights, watching scuba dives, truck driving, etc. Like a mini sim of virtual reality.

    I am so very intrigued with the possible future of what AR can open up. We have seen the use of AR and VR in so many Sci Fi movies and TV shows. I wish the developers could bring to reality what we have seen growing up as kids.

    Damn man I remember thinking of that contact lenses concept years ago… like in a spy movie where you can see text messages or someone can leave a message on a sticker or invisible ink that only you can read. Just wish I was smart enough to try and make it happen lol

    • @FutureBusinessTech

      AR contact lenses are an awesome concept. VR contact lenses would be a huge step over that. The engineering problems that must be solved to make these technologies possible have to be unprecedented.

    AR tech needs to automatically link to your other tech like say your car with its more powerful systems or a malls internal system. Outside of these systems your phone will do the processing or even your home computer. I believe Apple will do its best to create a powerful low latency, high bandwidth wireless chip to facilitate this

    I was just discussing this with someone online and believe it or not. It was a woman per night had a discussion for what seemed like forever about augmented reality. It does have unlimited possibilities. I am a truck driver and I can see. The if you wanna call positives on it one of which is for training so the person? Can actually get a 3? 100? And 60° view of what it's like to be in a semitruck. And how do we react? What's really going on out here but also warehouses also the fact that? If they can have augmented reality classes whereby the driver wears them the company sees what the driver sees at the time no matter if it's at. The shipper the receiver if the driver is truly broke down you get to see that but most of them drive over for is and a snow storm or is. In a thunderstorm. Or high winds? Or can't even seem? Frontable the driver and the company can see that I can also pass that on as a learning experience.

      @Prince Talleyrand damage is the question, put them on kids and study the effects later? Tv, phones, blue light, etc etc like the docs said cigarettes were good back in the day also. IMO I do not agree with artificial lights and think perhaps we are focusing on what is not ‘natural’ to our species and has evolved to do.

      If people don’t see this as our natural evolution and what the implications and aid this can offer to humanity like I have autism for example and struggle with expressing my emotions and ai gpt3 and a neuralink interface could combine to help me access the parts of my brain to show my emotions. Look at the ai and robotics becoming available some day people will be walking around in these whilst the body is kept safe like in vaults made of granite in underground bunkers you could be walking on the moon in a avatar whilst your safe the meta verse could blend with the universe in ways that will be very interesting for life as we know it and how we know our selves.

    Seriously, I don't see any real need for augmented reality. All the money spent will have a very low return. The question is, what AR apps are cost effective. The only reason I like VR is, I want to "escape" from reality. Mixing reality with VR is totally unnecessary for me. Mixed reality is limited by the actual space limit of our reality. The VR world has an unlimited amount of space. Why limit our VR space?

    • @LostTouristOfficial
      @LostTouristOfficial 11 місяців тому

      I think it’s a whole other concept in the making and can’t be compared to VR. For example I know of concepts in the pipeline that will change the world. Imagine being able to look at ya Mrs and she will look like exactly like Megan fox while you know and get the idea! 😂

      @@LostTouristOfficial VR is allowing you to see the artificial 3D images and at the same time blocking all the images of reality. AR is showing you artificial images AND the images of reality at the same time. Why would you want to see the images of reality mingled with artificial images? Is there a particular reason? LOL

    Nope! right now we are limited by our DNA which indicates the most profound application for AR is not transforming how we see thee world around us but to transform how we see ourselves. There is a growing need developing for people who do not feel as if they were born into the right body, Body image seems to be a human constraint we have spent thousands of years trying to overcome. Changing the way we see the world around us will be an awesome idea yet changing how we see ourselves has the ability to become the medicine to an illness which could repair and enhance our entire mentality which would be a profound shift in our perspective..
