with ray and mick having become new partners, I want these two to become partners as well, I mean while I want them to get together, I'd prefer it at the end of season 3 or in season 4, but like I said I wouldn't mind them being partners with rip becoming sara's new sparring partner, them looking out for each other etc.
Rip and sara would make a great pair in my opinion, but I believe it's too soon, so I agree on your point. If they ever start a romantic relationship, I hope it will be further in the show. But I would like to see more interaction between those two in the next season.
