I think Disney dis this movie to show that a villain has a background story to them. That's wonderful in my opinion I once heard people didn't like the idea that the most gruesome villain gets a movie for the "oh she isn't that bad" stuff. This is damn genius

But although, the history is interesting, because the background storys about such Psychos a really exciting expect it is real, real nobody didn't want such things exist. In cause of the villains :for example Hades, Ursula, Malificent or Yzma, their actions are understandable.
