That price they quoted you is on par with most widebody installs, which includes cutting the fenders. (Too fit wider wheels) The only downside to installing it like this video is that you’re limited to still using the stock narrow body wheels. He still can’t go much wider. Many people want to switch to the widebody wheels also. If he were to upgrade to the oem 20x11 widebody wheels, he can NOT lower the car at all. It will rub like crazy bcuz the wheels won’t fit in the wheel well. If he wanted to slam the car with bags, it would look goofy on the stock narrow wheels + widebody. And on bags, he definitely can’t use the oem 20x11 cause it will destroy the fenders. Overall, it looks good. But it’s levels to it, depending on how aggressive you want to go.
I have a question. So if I order the wide body kit can I tell them to paint it a certain color I want. Or is that process separate. Because I want to order it for my red challenger I just don’t know if the wide body kit will come in red if I want it to.
No they don’t bro I can vouch for that lol .. this kit is plastic trash sorry but it’s the truth.. I’ve helped over ten people because now they cant go low and they look goofy with their rims 3-4 inches inside once lowered. Also they have issues with the kit flaying apart after 100 mph
Great video bro!! I just got my kit in yesterday! My big question is; how’s the wheel fitment?? I’ve seen the Challenger kit install videos and they seem to say we’d need to cut up above each wheel well for wheel fitment, do ours (Scat Pack Charger) fit good without the need to cut for the wheels? Definitely SUBSCRIBED too!!
Howdy! and THANKS! Sadly if you want to make the wheels flush with the fenders for example adding wheel spacers or buying wider wheels you will definitely need to cut the fenders. I only had to cut the front ones. I left the rear ones alone. I did cut the rear brackets tho. so the tires wouldn't rub against the kit.
TA Rex 392 Oh ok! I’m going to order some 20x11s all the way around for mine. I’m actually ok with it sticking out if it does lol. Did you cut about an inch into it?? If you have photos of it, definitely hit me up with them on Instagram. Mine is @gocardogo
So let me get this straight .. this kit goes on with just 3m tape and push pins and no legit fasteners ? And if I wanted to go low would I be able to get a wider wheel set up to compensate for the wider look of the car ??.
keep in mind that was my way to make it work. I do not encourage anyone to do anything that they feel uncomfortable with. People just keeps asking me how I did it so I made this video so I don't have to keep repeating myself.
The only thing you needed to do was "color match" you should have had it painted first but other than that good job it looks good , you just have to get wheel spacers & then you will be all set. . .
Thanks, but that was just a how-to video for Installation purposes only. if you check out my my IG: tonylopez_03 you can actually see the final result. 👌
If you add the widebody kit and add 1.5 to 2 inch wheel spacers the wheels will be rubbing against the fenders beacuse the slim body is not meant to have the wheels passed the fenders.
Straight out of the box yeah, but if you want to know about the Challenger kit installation you should check out @tiradoracing videos if you haven't done so.
Thanks, and the way i measured how far i was going to trim my fenders was by adding painting tape to the fenders and tracing the edge of the front flare and just trim like 1.5" right below it.
It seems like once the kit is installed you can’t get a wider wheel being that the actual fender is at its original state.. common sense would say you need to cut the fenders to achieve an actual wide body kit. So you can have wider wheels .. unless you never lower the car and god forbid you hit a bump wile turning .. .. hopefully the 3M tape can hold it all together. Now to be safe you can keep the flares on and never widen the wheels to match the look your going for and now you just have 3 inches of gap
Faded Visuals I’m pretty sure your supposed to detach the factory ones and connect the cords to the side markers they send with the kit... there’re holes in the rear and front kit where the side marker lights are supposed to go so that the cords can go threw to connect to the new ones 👍🏻
It would, if you keep the wheels where they are. but obviously you buy a widebody kit for a reason. so to answer your question no. Mods will be required if you want the wheels flush with the kit.
There’s a special place in heaven for people like you
Bruh, a shop told me it’s 7k to add this on my hellcat. Thank god I found this video. I hate NYC prices
Dodge charge 3k for the OME kit. Install is 4.8k

@@HellCatSlick dodge will install the kit?
I don't even have a charger. But with the way you put your video, no bs, calm and cool. I subscribed.
Well explained and it seems the quality is decent too as all the panels looks like they lined up good. Any reason you did not paint them first?
Good job bro I just ordered and was worried about installing but not anymore! Keep up the good work👍🏾
Thanks and I'm glad I could help! lol

What's up bro cool video.
This looks like the real thing. You are giving me headaches it's looks great bro!
Good job 👏. Great video! I have a 2016 scat pack. I’m thinking of doing the same thing.
I think you could've used the old side markers, just take them out since you were covering them up.
That’s the part I think he forgot to tell everyone
The man the myth the legend 🔥🔥💪🏽

You gotta get them painted they don’t color match
Thumbs up, looks sick! that front splitter looks like the Challenger style where it goes up into the wheel well? am i trippin? where did you get it??
Love the video great job bro
I LIKE YOUR Videos
So you don't need to cut the front? Do you ever scrape? Thanks!
So now u dont have to cut the fenders?
Dumb question but can this fit a SXT or just Scatpacks and up?
What size spacers do you have?
Are they’re any pieces to add to the side skirt extensions? Do the matching side skirts need to be purchased separately?
I thought everything came together but I guess not. I'm not 100% sure but I think they sell them separately.
I'm pretty sure they have a splitter that looks to hide the front seam a little bit, but I haven't seen any molded parts to match on their site.
we are currently working on the 2020 Charger widebody side skirts rocker panel that will fill the bottom ends.
@@vicrezcom yesssss, keep me posted. Researching cutting my fenders now, those rockers are the only missing piece 🍻

Where can we find this exact kit? Just the fender flares?
Vicrez.com
Good job bro. Definitely looks great.
Thank you
I EVEN SUBSCRIBED TO YOUR VIDEOS
I gotta show this to the shop!! Lol
Looks nice but forgot to take out the sidemarkers befor putting them on
Can you take out the original ones and put them in the kit, or would u have to buy new ones
AR 2 HARD yea the originals can fit
How are they holding up?Any issues with them?

TA Rex 392 so you have your stock wheels on? Or the wider ones? You cut your front fenders?
still running on stock wheels and yes I did cut the front fenders, flares, and the brackets that come with the kit to make it work how I wanted it.
TA Rex 392 by any chance do you have pictures of the cuts?
Thank you bro lifesaver
First :)
Nice! 😎👌
Did u paint them fam or is tht how u got um.?
I'm sure they come like that
Been waiting on this lol
well... wait no more! 😎👌

TA Rex 392 he wanted it lowered with wide tires
How’s the quality of the parts? OEM quality or really big drop off?

How are they holding up after 10 months?
Did you get the one with just the fendors and splitter ??? Or the one with the front bumper too
I got the fenders and splitter one.
Did you buy the flares online? If so , can you please give it?thanks
What was the reason you cutting the fender can you have left it with out cutting it
If you add the widebody kit and add 1.5 to 2 inch wheel spacers the wheels will be rubbing against the fenders beacuse the slim body is not meant to have the wheels passed the fenders.
Nice work. I don’t with Vicrez on the price, but nice work, g.
Thanks!
Which kit did you buy?
Waiting on my kit to come in
Is this the same way as the challenger
Straight out of the box yeah, but if you want to know about the Challenger kit installation you should check out @tiradoracing videos if you haven't done so.
Where did you get the kit from
Great walk through. Looks like the design of the flares don't leave room for trimming of the fenders though huh?

That's because he was just showing how to install them did you notice they weren't painted yet
Where can I buy this kit ?
Where did u get the kit ?
Bro do you Have a link to this kit?
Shit look fire 💯💯💯
so the side markers are sold separate ?
you mean the side skirt flares to make the kit flush?
TA Rex 392 the side marker lights or do you use the factory ones?
used the same oem ones.

Where can I find this
Clean , why not paint first
It was just for demo purposes only check out my other video. I actually wrapped the flares
🔥🔥🔥
what side markers did you use and where did you get them?
I don't think that would work if you want to lower the car or will it
It would, if you keep the wheels where they are. but obviously you buy a widebody kit for a reason. so to answer your question no. Mods will be required if you want the wheels flush with the kit.
Where can I get it?
search up dodge charger wide body kit
Thanks bro my kit will be here on the 9th I made my own for now but doesn’t sit perfectly and I can’t open the rear doors😂😂 check my new video
Looks sick but should of done the whole kit. Half a job basically
ur supposed to pinat them first
What about your marker lights fool.
That was just to show the installation process they weren't painted yet either
Why were you so angry this day? 😂 who hurt you ?
How much for the widebody flair kit ?
What size spacers did you get for it
