I don't use adhesive promoter, on urethane plastic I use catyliste primer. One coat of chroma premier sealer, two coats base and two coats of clear.
Very nice Pharraway, those kit really suit the Charger but I prefer yours in the Grey colour👌👍
The kit looks like it's really good quality. Not the usual trash that doesn't even come close to fitting properly!
This was especially helpful to me bc I got to see the process but also the exact look of mine bc I have a white Daytona
What is the name of the piece that holds the wide body ?
I’ve seen a charger with a super aggressive wide body kit but he had the stock rims on, didn’t space them or replace them, like they where still sunkin in, looked like trash
They probably just got the kit done man and we’re planning to put the wheels on eventually. It’s a process lol

I want to try to put the widebody kit on my 5.7 hemi but many people say that I have to cut the fender, could you explain to me if it is true or not?
You don’t really need to because the 5.7 and below sit up higher than the scats and above

@@bryanhanson1766nah as long as you’re on stock suspension. If you ever want to lower your suspension you’ll probably have to cut the fenders or else the wheels will rub against them and knock the flares off

Does anyone know if you can just only buy the wide body without the front/ rear bumper? Or will it look weird ?
you can but it will look weird and noticeable that it’s an aftermarket kit instead of looking oem

no not at all
Then why are there so many vids of people cutting there fenders? If you can slap the tires on with no issues and no rubbing?
most of them lower the car will be posting a video soon on a installation where I do cut the fenders
So I'm thinking about doing this with my scat. Besides having the paint gun and stuff it doesn't look complicated.
However, what are your plans with the wheels? That's the only thing I'm looking at and online forum's all say something different. Are you gonna add 305's like the true widebody?
On the other video with the grey charger he installed the wide body on I think they ran spacers, not sure tho

Do you use your own tape or use the one that comes with the parts ? I’ve heard the one the come with them ain’t good. Also, how much do u sand the part where the plastic teeth are at ? Until they re gone and completely flat ?

Sick, im doing mine this month. I have a 21 narrow scatty on nardo gray paint , but i was told the regular fender flares should go on fine with the stock narrow bumpers. Im also adding the snorkel sequencing lights. I already have a liquid vinyl front splitter and side skirts. ZL1 diffuser, h&r lowering springs 1.2 front 1.4 rear, carbon fiber hellcat hood, wickerbill, ohc motors LED carbon fiber steering wheel.
did the fender flares end up going on with stock narrow bumpers i’m doing mine in two weeks
